  行星式齿轮减速机这结构紧凑、体积小、大扭距,最高效率可达 97%。内部由一个内齿环(A)紧密结合於齿箱壳体上,环齿中心有一个自外部动力所驱动之太阳齿轮(B),介於两者之间有一组由三颗齿轮等分组合於托盘上之行星齿轮组(C),该组行星齿轮依靠著出力轴、内齿环及太阳齿支撑浮游於期间;当入力侧动力驱动太阳齿时,可带动行星齿轮自转,并依循著内齿环之轨迹沿著中心公转,游星之旋转带动连结於托盘之出力轴输出动力。

  Driving structure of planetary gear reducer

  The planetary gear reducer has many advantages, such as, compact structure, small size, and large torque, and has the maximum efficiency of up to 97%.  Inside it there is an inner ring gear (A) which is close connected to the gear box shell.  In the center of the ring gear there is a sun gear (B) driven by the external power.  Between them there is a group of planetary gears (C) which is combined by three gears displaying averagely on the tray.  This group of planetary gear relies on the support of the output shaft, the inner ring gear and the sun gear.  When the power of the input side drives the sun gear, it can make the planetary gear revolve on its axis, and at the same time rotate around the centre, following the track of the inner ring gear.  The rotation of the planets then drive the output shaft which linked to the tray and thus the power comes out.

  Features of planetary gear reducer

  The driving mode of the planetary gear reducer is quite different from the traditional gear.  The traditional gear just relies on the contact surface between the big gear and the small one.  The entire load is all concentrated to the contact point.  It is easy to grow up friction and fracture between the gears.   For top gear ratio, it needs more segment of gear to be connected to each other.  In addition to taking up a lot of space, it will cause more friction and wastages.  The space of every reduction gear will grow multiply, so the efficiency will correspondingly become low.

  When the planetary gear reducer is driving, the six contact surfaces, among the sun gear, planetary gear and inner gear, will bear and impact the load evenly, which adheres to the track of the inner gear at the 360 degrees angle.  It can reduce the friction of the gear so that there is no fracture in danger. Planetary gear use floating movement and the gaps of gear are very tight, every deceleration gap is just connected by stage gear, so the volume is relatively reduced. To facilitate the space, it’s designed to be in many installation forms and a variety of links.  There are four forms: MP, MF, SP and SF for your practical choice.
