1 、当用户在安装酸雾净化塔时，要在高出地面150mm 以上的混凝土基础上,水泵、风机应按要求另做混凝土基础。
2 、在运输和安装时要注意对产品的保护，不得碰损机体及部件。
3 、我们在净化塔出厂时，都会根据具体情况，采用分段包装运输，由天清环保的工作技术人员到现场安装调试。
4 、如果要将酸雾净化塔在室外的使用，在冬季应对塔体的底部水池部位进行防冻措施。
5 、本设备底部水池有液位标记，使用前务必按液们标记注入吸收液。使用过程中应注意补充吸收液。
6 、使用时应净化塔先开循环水泵 2-3 分钟，再开动鼓风机，停机时应先停鼓风机 1-2 分钟后，再停循环水泵。
7 、应根据使用情况定期检查塔体底部水池内液体酸性深度及排气口气体净化程度，超过标准时。应更换底部水池中的吸收液。
8 、请注意,用户服务在酸雾净化塔在使用一年半至二年庆做一次检修，检查盘状喷淋管和填料的填塞情况，并对其进行清洗。
