HE型斗式提升机HE type Bucket Elevator

　　斗提机是用于输送旧砂和新砂。斗提机的皮带为聚脂胶带，根据斗提机的尺寸，装有一排 或几排耐磨斗子。

　　Bucket elevator is used to transport impure sand and pure sand. Bucket elevator belt is made of polyester, according to the size of bucket elevator, with a row or several rows of wear buckets.

　　带逆止器的驱动装置Drive Device With Backstop

　　电机和逆止器是装在斗提机的头轮上；逆止器的作用是当斗子装满料后，斗提机停机时防止皮带倒转。

　　Motor and brake is mounted on the upper drum of bucket elevator; when buckets are filled with material, the brake prevents the belt to move in reverse direction if the elevator shuts down. 

　　功能监测Function monitor

　　功能监测装置是装在斗提机的尾轮轴上，如果斗提机皮带打滑或断裂时，功能监测装置将使 斗提机关闭。

　　Function monitoring device is installed in the bucket on the machine's tail wheel, if the bucket elevator belt slipping or broken, the function of monitoring devices will allow bucket elevator close.

　　张紧装置 Tensioning device

　　张紧装置装在斗提机尾轮上，能连续拉紧斗提皮带；张紧装置的配重箱在皮带的张紧过程中需加填充物，直到皮带张紧。

　　Tensioning device is mounted on the down drum of the bucket elevator to continuously tighten the belt; Replenished materials should be filled into the weight box of tensioning device during belt tension until the belt is tightened. 

　　检修门 Maintenance Door

　　通过斗提机底部检修门，你能更换斗子和检查皮带跑偏。

　　Through the access door at the bottom of bucket elevator, you can replace the buckets and check the belt whether deviate.

　　通过斗提机基座上的检修口，你可清理底部堆积砂。

　　You can clean the sand accumulated at the bottom of the elevator through the maintenance door located on the base of bucket elevator.
