爱姆优东海精工电器有限公司简称“爱姆优东海”，于2010年3月成立。主要研发生产各种家电用器与汽车用精密部件，是一家专业制造集电子、电器、精密机械等产品的企业。
“爱姆优东海”由中韩两家具有悠久研发与精密制造历史的韩国M&U株式会社和宁波东海集团定时器有限公司强强联合，共同组建的中外合资企业，坐落于浙江省宁波市横街镇。组员之一的韩国M&U株式会社，是于10年前在韩国由一批来自日本研发与精密制造企业的技术精英们合作创立，如今已在汽车、家电等精密配件行业里卓有建树，拥有大宇、东芝等长期稳定的知名企业客户。2009年，M&U株式会社与宁波东海集团宁波东海定时器有限公司在宁波共同组建了“爱姆优东海”，并将成套的机器设备、工具工装、技术骨干及一系列产品的研发成果整体搬迁至宁波东海。而同样拥有国家高新技术企业背景的宁波东海集团定时器有限公司，30年来一直专注于家用电器仪器仪表的研发生产，拥有完全的自主知识产权，在业界，公司始终坚持一流品质、一流服务，其拥有的“东海定时器”品牌更是以高稳定的质量享誉中外。

COMPANY INTRODUCTION
Established in March 2010, Ningbo M&U Donghai Precision Appliance Co., Ltd (short for M&U Donghai) is one of leading manufacturer of all types of household appliance and auto precision parts, which integrates electronic parts, electric parts and precision machinery etc.
M&U Donghai is a joint venture by Korean company-M&U Co., Ltd (short for M&U) and the subsidiary company of Ningbo Donghai Group Corporation-Ningbo Donghai Timer Co., Ltd (short for Ningbo Donghai), both of which have long history of R&D and precision fabrication, located at Hengjie, Ningbo, China. M&U was founded by several technological elite from Japan R&D and precision fabrication enterprises 10 years ago, and now is well known in precision spare parts industries, like auto, household appliance etc. Some famous customers like DAEWOO, TOSHIBA are its long-term partners. In 2009, M&U and Ningbo Donghai came into agreement on the establishment of M&U Donghai, meanwhile skilled engineers, all sets of equipments & tools and series of R&D achievements were introduced and transferred to Ningbo Donghai factory. With the business background of National High-tech enterprise, Ningbo Donghai had been concentrating on R&D and production of household appliances & instruments owning complete intellectual property right in the past 30 years, whose brand “DONGHAI TIMER” enjoys high reputation in the international timer industry because of high & stable quality.
