耐腐蚀性及主要使用环境:
INCONEL 625是一种以镍为主要成分的奥氏体超耐热合金。源于镍铬合金中所含的钼、铌固溶体强化效应,在低温至1093℃,具有超高强度、非凡的抗疲劳特性,被广泛用于航空事业。虽然该合金是为适应高温环境的强度而设计,但该合金铬、钼的高含量对众多腐蚀媒介,从高度氧化环境到一般腐蚀环境,均具有高度抗蚀损斑、抗裂变腐蚀能力,表现出卓越的耐腐蚀特性。对氯化物污染的媒介如海水、地热水、中性盐以及盐水,INCONEL 625也有超强的抗腐蚀作用。

Corrosion resistance and main operating environment:
INCONEL 625 is an austenitic superheat-resistant alloy with nickel as the main component. Based on the solid solution strengthening effect of molybdenum and niobium in Ni-Cr alloy, it has ultra-high strength and special fatigue resistance ℃ low temperature to 1093, and is widely used in aviation. Although the alloy is designed to adapt to the strength of high temperature environment, the high content of chromium and molybdenum of the alloy has high corrosion resistance to many corrosion media, from high oxidation environment to general corrosion environment, and shows excellent corrosion resistance. Chloride contaminated media such as seawater, geothermal water, neutral salt and salt water, INCONEL 625 also have super corrosion resistance.
Supporting welding materials and welding process: the welding of Inconel625 alloy is recommended to adopt AWS A5.14 wire ERNiCrMo-3 or AWS A5.11 electrode. The size of welding material is Φ1.0、1.2、2.4、3.2、4.0, from: American Hashi, American SMC and German nickel.
