MONEL 190/ENiCu-7焊条 MONEL 60 焊丝主要用于用钨极惰性气体保护焊、熔化极气体保护焊和埋弧焊等方法焊接MONEL400合金、R404合金以及K-500合金,也可用于熔化极气体保护焊和埋弧焊进行钢材的表面堆焊。对特定的熔化极气体保护焊接条件下,推荐使用NICKLE 61镍焊丝盖面。用MONEL 60焊丝进行埋弧焊接需要使用INCOFLUX5焊剂。用MONEL 60焊丝形成的焊缝金属具有和MONEL 400合金相似的性能-高强度,在多种介质中作用下都有较强的耐蚀能力,这些腐蚀介质包括海水、盐类以及还原性酸等。当用这种焊条焊接MONEL K-500合金时,由于焊缝填充金属不能产生时效硬化效果,所以强度较母材低。

MONEL 190/ENiCu-7焊条 MONEL 190焊条可应用于MONEL400,R-405和K-500合金的手工电弧焊中,也可用于钢的表面堆焊。这种金属可抵抗海水,盐类以及还原酸性物质的侵蚀。用这种焊条形成的焊缝能满足苛刻的X射线照相探伤要求。需要说明的是,虽然用这种焊条焊接MONEL K-500合金可形成性能优异的接头,但与母材不同的是,焊缝填充金属不能产生时效硬化效果,所以相对强度较低。MONEL 190焊条具有广泛的应用范围可以用于异种材料的焊接,如MONEL镍-铜合金与碳钢、低合金钢、铜及铜镍合金的焊接。

  MONEL 60/ERNiCu-7 wire

  MONEL 60 welding wire is mainly used to weld MONEL400 alloys, R404 alloys and K-500 alloys by means of tungsten inert gas shielded welding, molten gas shielded welding and submerged arc welding, It can also be used for surface surfacing of steel by gas shielded welding and submerged arc welding. Under certain conditions of gas shielded welding, NICKLE 61 nickel wire cover surface is recommended. INCOFLUX5 flux is needed for submerged arc welding with MONEL 60 wire. Weld metal formed with MONEL 60 wire has similar properties to MONEL 400 alloys - high strength, Strong corrosion resistance in various media, These corrosive media include seawater, salts and reductive acids.   MONEL 190/ENiCu- electrode

  MONEL 190 electrode can be used in manual arc welding of MONEL400,R-405 and K-500 alloys or in surface surfacing of steel. This metal can resist the erosion of seawater, salts and reduced acids. Weld formed with this electrode can meet the harsh requirements of X radiographic inspection. Although MONEL K-500 alloy welded with this electrode can form joints with excellent properties, unlike base metal, weld filling metal can not produce aging hardening effect, so the relative strength is low. MONEL 190 electrode has a wide range of applications and can be used for materials, such as MONEL nickel-copper alloy and carbon steel, low alloy steel, copper and copper-nickel alloy welding.
