3.1控制原理
板材定尺和增量式剪切部分是整套设备的关键,剪切是在材料停顿时刻进行的,也就是说,切刀刀口分离时,控制系统启动,送料长度由plc、伺服驱动器联合进行控制。触发开始后,系统直接以预设的加减速率、最高速度、目标长度以及所设增量为基本参数,计算出运转速度曲线,直接驱动伺服电机送料,若设定单位脉冲的移动量和编码器每转一圈的脉冲数,当夹送辊的直径一定时,夹送辊每转一定的角度或圈数,板料的移动长度也就确定了。当plc“指示”伺服驱动器所发出的脉冲数达到所设定的脉冲数(即长度)时,plc发出信号,交流伺服电机停止转动,同时,剪切系统的电磁铁通电,气缸执行剪切动作。剪切机构的每一次剪切使接近开关获得一个脉冲,此脉冲作为计算剪切数量。依次循环,自动地将卷材切割成一定数量的定尺或增量式长度的板材。
3.2参数设置
(1) 主轴转速(自动运转时,下同)的确定:确定主轴的转速要兼顾两个方面:一是生产能力;二是转动惯性。转速不是越快越好,太快,转动惯性大,达不到精确停止的要求,剪切长度精度不高;慢了,达不到生产率的要求;在此系统中有一个合理的速度范围供用户选择。
(2)脉冲当量的确定:在本例中,之所以能进行高精度定尺和增量剪切,实际上就是精确的控制夹送辊每个脉冲转动的角度(脉冲当量)。当夹送辊直径一定时,它转过一定的角度,就对应转过一定的弧长,即为板料移动的长度。从理论上说,脉冲当量越小,剪切长度精度越高,但对控制系统的要求也越高,不经济。一般情况下,脉冲当量比加工精度高一个数量级即可;本系统剪切长度一般在2cm~200cm之间,要求精度为0.01cm。伺服电机主轴转四圈(50mm/圈),夹送辊转一圈(200mm/圈),所设脉冲当量为0.01mm/脉冲,等够满足精度要求。
