当技师接到确认维修保养的手表后需要把机芯和其他部件分离,机芯组件进行超声波清洁,之后放到保险库中,直到维修师取走.表链和表壳送到服务中心中的绿色区域进行清洁和抛光.机芯从保险库中取出后,马上会被送往机芯维修组装区域,工作车间进行了空气净化工程,就是常说的无尘超压区.车间中所有工位的前方有一个大屏幕,屏幕上不断滚动的数字和代码表示相对应的技师需要的零配件已经准备就绪,可以去配件窗口领取.很好地解决技师在维修过程中来回走动询问配件准备情况,既节省时间,同时又让大家安心于维修本身,并把影响他人的情况减少到小.

配件室全电子化管理,各种配件通过电脑直接查询和调取，工作快速准确.选用由瑞士直接提供的原厂品质配件更换组件.在组装环节中,机芯各个功能组件均涂先进的润滑剂，以减少磨擦，预防耗损，确保顾客的腕表机芯可持续准确运行。安装平衡摆轮时,经完整检测后，每只机芯都会经过详细检查，为了对检测的质量水平作出保证，每只受检的腕表更将经过严格的计时和防水测试，顾客将取得精准可靠的腕表。为确保计时精准，制表师细心调校平衡摆轮，并就其计时准确度进行电子测试。而后，制表师便会全面检测顾客的腕表，并在及后数天仔细观察，以验证腕表的性能。组装表壳时，小心安放表壳防水垫圈和水晶玻璃.没有安装机芯的表壳也会经过密封测试,空气压力测试(airtest)和防水测试(waterprooftest),表壳经过压缩测试确保每枚腕表应具备的实际防水功能,如果是DEEPSEA腕表需置入水深3900米的模拟环境中进行排氦阀门是否会打开的测试!

维修保养好的机芯再一次深入清洁后会装入表壳中,同时会有专人负责对组装好的机芯的表壳进行一次检查看看是否仍有瑕疵.所有手表的保养维修是完全同样的流程,不分贵贱.经过冷凝测试合格后的手表还需要进行时间精度测试,即专业设备记录下腕表某一时刻的三根指针之间的夹角度数,在24小时后的同一时刻的角度与前一次进行比对,多次记录后才能判断走时精准与否,这是非常科学严谨的做法.瑞亨钟表维修中心会对员工会定期进行技术培训,以提高技师技术水平和理论知识,维修技术更专业！

长时间的使用或长时间的收纳表款，必须特别留意表款的保养期限，一般天梭机械表款的保养期限约2~3年，一旦超过这个期限，表壳内部润滑油容易干渍，外部的防水垫圈则容易硬化，勉强使用容易发生机械零件故障与进水以及润滑油干渍导致零件磨损的问题，初期还不致影响运转，只会看到时间的精准度越来低。通常手表不 戴都都可以放到手表收纳盒中，以保证手表不被意外碰伤。
手表保养须知
1、天梭石英表停走时，应尽快更新电池，若长时间不使用，则应请钟表店师傅将电池取出後在乾燥的地方，以免造成电解液流出，腐蚀手表的机芯。
2、收藏手表的地方应避免使用樟脑丸、防虫剂等，因其化学物质持续散发，分解了手表的润滑油，容易造成手表故障。
3、存放手表前应先将污垢、汗水以细绒布拭去。手表应避免24小时都戴在身上，因为身体无时无刻不在新陈代谢，如:排汗、皮肤老化、剥落，所以容易在表壳表带堆积污垢，造成镀金退色、不锈钢部份腐蚀或皮带硬化发臭。
4、手表每隔一、二年好送原代理商做保养，才能延长其使用寿命，保养项目包括:检查、洗油、点油及测准。
5、台湾地区气候闷湿炎热容易造成皮带变硬发臭，通常使用一年後皮带就会变形变硬，此时必须更换新皮带，以免影响其外观或配戴的舒适感，严重者可能造成皮带硬化断裂进而在不知不觉中遗失手表。
6、具有日期显示装置的手表在夜间9点至凌晨3点之间勿校正时期，因此时其换日自动系统正启动着，若直接以手表校正会损害其自动换日功能，所以好将时间拨离上述时区，将日期调整正确在来校正时间。
7、注意你手表的防水性如何
①无防水、抗水功能:建议少接近水气，收藏时请置於乾燥无潮的地方。
②抗水装置之手表/30M:一般为压後盖方式具有抗水气入侵之功能，但不宜去浸水及游泳，因其只有抗水装置而已。
③防水装置之手表/100M:後盖锁牙方式，可浸水但不得游泳潜水。
④潜水手表/200M以上:潜水时及平时皆应注意调时後一定确实锁紧各个防水头。
