　　当技师接到确认维修保养的手表后需要把机芯和其他部件分离,机芯组件进行超声波清洁,之后放到保险库中,直到维修师取走.表链和表壳送到服务中心中的绿色区域进行清洁和抛光.机芯从保险库中取出后,马上会被送往机芯维修组装区域,工作车间进行了空气净化工程,就是常说的无尘超压区.车间中所有工位的前方有一个大屏幕,屏幕上不断滚动的数字和代码表示相对应的技师需要的零配件已经准备就绪,可以去配件窗口领取.很好地解决技师在维修过程中来回走动询问配件准备情况,既节省时间,同时又让大家安心于维修本身,并把影响他人的情况减少到小.

　　配件室全电子化管理,各种配件通过电脑直接查询和调取，工作快速准确.选用由瑞士直接提供的原厂品质配件更换组件.在组装环节中,机芯各个功能组件均涂先进的润滑剂，以减少磨擦，预防耗损，确保顾客的腕表机芯可持续准确运行。安装平衡摆轮时,经完整检测后，每只机芯都会经过详细检查，为了对检测的质量水平作出保证，每只受检的腕表更将经过严格的计时和防水测试，顾客将取得精准可靠的腕表。为确保计时精准，制表师细心调校平衡摆轮，并就其计时准确度进行电子测试。而后，制表师便会全面检测顾客的腕表，并在及后数天仔细观察，以验证腕表的性能。组装表壳时，小心安放表壳防水垫圈和水晶玻璃.没有安装机芯的表壳也会经过密封测试,空气压力测试(airtest)和防水测试(waterprooftest),表壳经过压缩测试确保每枚腕表应具备的实际防水功能,如果是DEEPSEA腕表需置入水深3900米的模拟环境中进行排氦阀门是否会打开的测试!

　　维修保养好的机芯再一次深入清洁后会装入表壳中,同时会有专人负责对组装好的机芯的表壳进行一次检查看看是否仍有瑕疵.所有手表的保养维修是完全同样的流程,不分贵贱.经过冷凝测试合格后的手表还需要进行时间精度测试,即专业设备记录下腕表某一时刻的三根指针之间的夹角度数,在24小时后的同一时刻的角度与前一次进行比对,多次记录后才能判断走时精准与否,这是非常科学严谨的做法.瑞亨钟表维修中心会对员工会定期进行技术培训,以提高技师技术水平和理论知识,维修技术更专业！

　　天梭天梭机械表的日常保养十法

　　1、戴手表时，手上的汗水对表壳有腐蚀性。

　　全钢表壳由于是镍铬合金，抗腐蚀性能好些，半钢表壳是铜的，长期与汗水接触，容易腐蚀，应经常用软布抹去汗水或垫上塑料表托，以防止其被汗水侵蚀。(想腕上爱表常新的人不妨试试)

　　2、不要随意打开表后盖，以免尘埃进入机芯影响手表的正常工作。(开过盖的表易出现问题，诸如防水性下降等，所以能不开盖尽量不开)

　　3、不要将手表放在有樟脑丸的衣柜内，以免表油变质。(验证有困难)

　　4、不要将手表放在功放、音响、电视机上，以免磁化。(以一块老旧+31S/D五号盾牌天梭放在音响附近，十天后竟然变慢了，消磁后又基本恢复原状)

　　5、长期存放不戴的手表，应每月定期上发条一次。

　　自动机芯的手表则应轻轻来回摆动几分钟或戴在手腕上一段时间使其自动上紧发条。使零件不致长期处于静止状态，以保证表机的运转性能。(此法可保持机芯内润滑剂的流动性)

　　6、普通机械手表受了潮，可用干棉花压在手表上，再用40瓦的电灯泡烘烤5分钟，表里的潮气就可全部被蒸发出来。

　　如果天梭石英电子手表受了潮，可取若干小块氯化钙，用纱布包好;然后打开电子表盖，将包好的氯化钙和电子表一并放入一个不漏气的塑料袋或玻璃瓶内，密封。一般 3个小时左右即可除潮，使电子表恢复正常。对于受潮严重的表可适当延长吸潮时间。(未验证亦未有过受潮情况，待有幸碰上后再进行更新)

　　7、收到一只心爱的手表，拆掉外面包装时，千万要保存好防护手表所用的包装盒。

　　这些保护手表的包装盒，能在平常不配戴时给予手表安全的保护，避免手表被摔坏或是被碰撞，所以将包装盒保留是必要的，而且建议在平日不戴手表时，养成习惯放入盒内，就能大大减低手表损坏的机率。(正确，只是步骤上面感觉适应不来，适应了2天，后来基本放在桌上)

　　8、平常好不要天天戴同一只手表。

　　应多准备几款不同的手表交替使用，除了能丰富个人的造型，也可避免灰尘、体垢全集中在同一只手表上。对于皮表带，更要小心呵护，以免天天使用造成表带的经常性磨损拉扯，那么即使表面新新的，手表看起来也会十分老旧。

　　9、把手表戴在手腕子上睡觉，如果手表是夜光表，就会给身体带来不利影响。

　　这是因为夜光表的指针和刻度盘上涂的发光材料，主要是镭和硫化锌的混合物，镭放出的射线能激发硫化锌晶体发光，睡觉时，如果戴着表，人体就会受到八至九小时的镭辐射，对人体有一定危害。因此，睡觉前，好把夜光表取下来，放到桌子上。

　　10、表蒙翻新。
