　　配件室全电子化管理,各种配件通过电脑直接查询和调取，工作快速准确.选用由瑞士直接提供的原厂品质配件更换组件.在组装环节中,机芯各个功能组件均涂先进的润滑剂，以减少磨擦，预防耗损，确保顾客的腕表机芯可持续准确运行。安装平衡摆轮时,经完整检测后，每只机芯都会经过详细检查，为了对检测的质量水平作出保证，每只受检的腕表更将经过严格的计时和防水测试，顾客将取得精准可靠的腕表。为确保计时精准，制表师细心调校平衡摆轮，并就其计时准确度进行电子测试。而后，制表师便会全面检测顾客的腕表，并在及后数天仔细观察，以验证腕表的性能。组装表壳时，小心安放表壳防水垫圈和水晶玻璃.没有安装机芯的表壳也会经过密封测试,空气压力测试(airtest)和防水测试(waterprooftest),表壳经过压缩测试确保每枚腕表应具备的实际防水功能,如果是DEEPSEA腕表需置入水深3900米的模拟环境中进行排氦阀门是否会打开的测试!

　　维修保养好的机芯再一次深入清洁后会装入表壳中,同时会有专人负责对组装好的机芯的表壳进行一次检查看看是否仍有瑕疵.所有手表的保养维修是完全同样的流程,不分贵贱.经过冷凝测试合格后的手表还需要进行时间精度测试,即专业设备记录下腕表某一时刻的三根指针之间的夹角度数,在24小时后的同一时刻的角度与前一次进行比对,多次记录后才能判断走时精准与否,这是非常科学严谨的做法.瑞亨钟表维修中心会对员工会定期进行技术培训,以提高技师技术水平和理论知识,维修技术更专业！

　　天梭机械表的保养

　　经典的天梭机械表因为长期不佩带而处于静止状态，若要重新调整时间，必须特别注意操作方式，以免造成齿轮卡榫故障，内部零件无法正常运转，若能正常保养，表款需要花大笔金钱维修的状况就可以降低至少费用。 凡是从事过水上活动的表款或者长期不戴、长期使用的天梭机械表，都需要做保养 。天梭手表

　　天梭机械表的时间调整原则:由于长时间的静置，天梭机械表的发条会自然放松以至于手表停止运转，所以若要重新佩带这手表的话，就必须重新上紧发条，然后再校准时间。一般天梭机械表在发条松的时候，会出现包括时针、分针变慢或变快的现象，所以，应该先上紧发条，以免校准时间后，没有标准动力驱动指针，即使是自动上链的表款，也应先用手动上炼至八分满，再进行时间校准。

　　凡是从事过水上活动的表款，都需要做保养，尤其经过海水盐分的浸泡，游泳池内过滤水质的化学物品，都容易造成表款防水垫圈的侵蚀、硬化;有些保养是可以自己在家做的，简单的以软布用少量肥皂水清洗金属及防水橡胶表带，后并以湿布清除肥皂水擦拭过的痕迹后阴干，就可以达成初步保养的性能，同时，千万不要将表直接送到有超音波设备的地方做清洗，因为超音波的清洗有分强、弱不同频率，一但使用不对的超音波频率，就容易造成内部零件松脱。天梭手表

　　长时间的使用或长时间的收纳表款，必须特别留意表款的保养期限，一般天梭机械表款的保养期限约3~4年，一旦超过这个期限，表壳内部润滑油容易干渍，外部的防水垫圈则容易硬化，勉强使用容易发生机械零件故障与进水以及润滑油干渍导致零件磨损的问题，初期还不致影响运转，只会看到时间的精准度越来越低，久而久之，当停止运转时，内部零件的损耗已经非常严重，到了这样的地步，「微少」的保养费用就变成「大笔」的零件维修费用支出。
