　　当技师接到确认维修保养的手表后需要把机芯和其他部件分离,机芯组件进行超声波清洁,之后放到保险库中,直到维修师取走.表链和表壳送到服务中心中的绿色区域进行清洁和抛光.机芯从保险库中取出后,马上会被送往机芯维修组装区域,工作车间进行了空气净化工程,就是常说的无尘超压区.车间中所有工位的前方有一个大屏幕,屏幕上不断滚动的数字和代码表示相对应的技师需要的零配件已经准备就绪,可以去配件窗口领取.很好地解决技师在维修过程中来回走动询问配件准备情况,既节省时间,同时又让大家安心于维修本身,并把影响他人的情况减少到小.

　　配件室全电子化管理,各种配件通过电脑直接查询和调取，工作快速准确.选用由瑞士直接提供的原厂品质配件更换组件.在组装环节中,机芯各个功能组件均涂先进的润滑剂，以减少磨擦，预防耗损，确保顾客的腕表机芯可持续准确运行。安装平衡摆轮时,经完整检测后，每只机芯都会经过详细检查，为了对检测的质量水平作出保证，每只受检的腕表更将经过严格的计时和防水测试，顾客将取得精准可靠的腕表。为确保计时精准，制表师细心调校平衡摆轮，并就其计时准确度进行电子测试。而后，制表师便会全面检测顾客的腕表，并在及后数天仔细观察，以验证腕表的性能。组装表壳时，小心安放表壳防水垫圈和水晶玻璃.没有安装机芯的表壳也会经过密封测试,空气压力测试(airtest)和防水测试(waterprooftest),表壳经过压缩测试确保每枚腕表应具备的实际防水功能,如果是DEEPSEA腕表需置入水深3900米的模拟环境中进行排氦阀门是否会打开的测试!

　　维修保养好的机芯再一次深入清洁后会装入表壳中,同时会有专人负责对组装好的机芯的表壳进行一次检查看看是否仍有瑕疵.所有手表的保养维修是完全同样的流程,不分贵贱.经过冷凝测试合格后的手表还需要进行时间精度测试,即专业设备记录下腕表某一时刻的三根指针之间的夹角度数,在24小时后的同一时刻的角度与前一次进行比对,多次记录后才能判断走时精准与否,这是非常科学严谨的做法.瑞亨钟表维修中心会对员工会定期进行技术培训,以提高技师技术水平和理论知识,维修技术更专业！

　　为什么名表需要定期保养

　　我们从手表的结构上来讲为什么名表需要定期保养。

　　一、手表密封问题。大多数名表都注明是防水的，如30M、50M、100M等等。也有一部分注明是不防水的。由于结构上的需要，有的防水有的不防水，并不是说不防水的手表就不是好表，市场上很多十几元的塑料表也能防水，难道它能算是名表吗?另外，就是注明是防水的手表，也是指生产出来时经过检验是防水，但不能保证您不保养使用一辈子都防水。比如许多买了天梭表的顾客戴着表沐浴，偶尔一两次感觉没有进水，但后几次就发现进水了，进了水也不及时处理，时间一长里面开始生锈，去商店告商品质量不好，要退货。另一方面，任何手表都不能戴着去洗桑拿浴和热水澡，因为垫胶冷缩后，热空气进入密封囊中，不能出来，造成雾气也不及时处理，造成腐蚀、生锈，所以手表手表只能在正常情况下佩带。其实手表防水主要靠很小的几个橡胶圈起作用，时间一长橡胶圈就会老化，失去弹性后就有缝隙，就可能导致进水，进气，所以要定期更换密封橡胶圈才能保证手表防水。

　　二、机械运作问题。名表一般都是机械手表，是机械手表就都靠齿轮运作，我们看到手表上会标明多少钻的手表，这个多少钻并不是说手表有多少钻石，而是说明手表有多少个齿轮轴是用钻眼的，一般都用人造钻石代替，由于人造钻石耐磨损，所以表的钻眼越多，手表相对走时寿命长一点。但是手表的齿轮不可能用钻石这样硬的物料来加工，它只能用钢料来作为轮轴，手表越小越簿，轮轴越细，每天几万转的转数完全靠在钻眼里面微量的油来降低磨损，一旦油干了，轮轴处于干磨损，几年下来，这个表的寿命也就到了，尽管名表的表油都是非常的，但是由于量太小，几年下来肯定会挥发完，一根象头发一样细的轮轴能磨损多长时间?以前的表结构没有现在的复杂，且做的比较大，轮轴也比较粗，所以有的顾客说我的表十年没有保养也在走，现在的表越做越小，价格比以前贵几十倍，不能抱不如以前的感慨。

　　三、外观保养。名表外观一般用K金、K白金，高级动物皮料。K金尽管主要原料是黄金，但人手上的汗是酸性加上空气的腐蚀，时间一长就远没有新的时候漂亮，这就需要经常清洗抛光，使名表保持长新。如果是K白金，时间一长外面银白层磨损，里面黄金暴露，就没有以前那么白，所以也需要定期保养镀白，才能保养长新。皮表带就更不用说了，汗渍的腐蚀会使皮带过早硬化开裂，正常保养应该避免多汗多雨时期戴皮带表。如果手表是用钢做壳带，经常打磨翻新，更能体现其价值。
