　　当技师接到确认维修保养的手表后需要把机芯和其他部件分离,机芯组件进行超声波清洁,之后放到保险库中,直到维修师取走.表链和表壳送到服务中心中的绿色区域进行清洁和抛光.机芯从保险库中取出后,马上会被送往机芯维修组装区域,工作车间进行了空气净化工程,就是常说的无尘超压区.车间中所有工位的前方有一个大屏幕,屏幕上不断滚动的数字和代码表示相对应的技师需要的零配件已经准备就绪,可以去配件窗口领取.很好地解决技师在维修过程中来回走动询问配件准备情况,既节省时间,同时又让大家安心于维修本身,并把影响他人的情况减少到小.

　　配件室全电子化管理,各种配件通过电脑直接查询和调取，工作快速准确.选用由瑞士直接提供的原厂品质配件更换组件.在组装环节中,机芯各个功能组件均涂先进的润滑剂，以减少磨擦，预防耗损，确保顾客的腕表机芯可持续准确运行。安装平衡摆轮时,经完整检测后，每只机芯都会经过详细检查，为了对检测的质量水平作出保证，每只受检的腕表更将经过严格的计时和防水测试，顾客将取得精准可靠的腕表。为确保计时精准，制表师细心调校平衡摆轮，并就其计时准确度进行电子测试。而后，制表师便会全面检测顾客的腕表，并在及后数天仔细观察，以验证腕表的性能。组装表壳时，小心安放表壳防水垫圈和水晶玻璃.没有安装机芯的表壳也会经过密封测试,空气压力测试(airtest)和防水测试(waterprooftest),表壳经过压缩测试确保每枚腕表应具备的实际防水功能,如果是DEEPSEA腕表需置入水深3900米的模拟环境中进行排氦阀门是否会打开的测试!

　　维修保养好的机芯再一次深入清洁后会装入表壳中,同时会有专人负责对组装好的机芯的表壳进行一次检查看看是否仍有瑕疵.所有手表的保养维修是完全同样的流程,不分贵贱.经过冷凝测试合格后的手表还需要进行时间精度测试,即专业设备记录下腕表某一时刻的三根指针之间的夹角度数,在24小时后的同一时刻的角度与前一次进行比对,多次记录后才能判断走时精准与否,这是非常科学严谨的做法.瑞亨钟表维修中心会对员工会定期进行技术培训,以提高技师技术水平和理论知识,维修技术更专业！

　　手表清洗步骤

　　1.一般手表清洗工具，一般手工具包括手表刷子和清洗液。采用普通工具清洗是很简单的，所选用的清洗液是120号航空汽油。由于汽油内有一定量的杂质，故使用时将120号汽油用过滤纸进行过滤，除去杂质。否则用未经过滤的汽油清洗的零件，表面会出现一层白霜。经清洗的零件必须吹干或烘干。若机心零件油泥较多或太脏，应先放在汽缸内泡一会儿。必要时先用刷子刷去上的脏物或用柳木棒除去油泥，然后再放在干净的汽油内清洗。总之应将机心零件清洗得清洁、干净，不得疏忽。

　　2.用手表清洗机工具清洗。用清洗机清洗零件效率高。清洗液有汽油、酒精和三氟乙烯(F十 13)等溶液。清洗夹板用三抓三氟溶液。修理表常用的清洗机是钟表式清洗机，其具有调速、时间控制、工作头正反转和升降等功能。它还有三个盛清洗液的瓶，当清洗完手表后得盖上，以防溶液蒸发和污染。另外还有一个空桶，作清洗手表甩干用。瓶盛不太干净的溶液第二瓶盛干净溶液第三瓶是蒸馏水，清洗脱水用。当然也可以根据工艺流程另作安排。清洗时为了避免零件因碰撞而损坏，应用具有不同形状的铜丝网框盛放不同零件把这些框放在一起，并用框架将这些框籍合一起进行清洗，一次可以洗几只手表。

　　手表清洗保养小诀窍

　　1.手表的外包装盒不宜丢掉

　　收到一只心爱的手表，拆掉外面包装时，千万别顺手把防护手表的盒子丢掉。这些保护手表的硬壳保存盒，能在平常不配戴时给予手表安全的保护，避免手表被摔坏或是被碰撞，所以将保存盒保留是必要的，而且建议在平日不戴手表时，养成习惯放入盒内，就能大大减低手表损坏的机率。

　　2.手表除潮法

　　普通机械手表受了潮，可用干棉花压在手表上，再用40瓦的电灯泡烘烤5分钟，表里的潮气就可全部被蒸发出来。

　　如果天梭石英电子手表受了潮，可取若干小块氯化钙，用纱布包好;然后打开电子表盖，将包好的氯化钙和电子表一并放入一个不漏气的塑料袋或玻璃瓶内，密封。一般3个小时左右即可除潮，使电子表恢复正常。对于受潮严重的表可适当延长吸潮时间。

　　3.手表去除脏污

　　如果是不防水链表脏了，可以用软毛牙刷轻刷污渍即可;而防水链表则可以使用中性清洁剂掺水刷洗，再用软绒布擦拭;双层帆布带或橡胶带也可以如法炮制，但若污垢已渗入材质里层，就不可以再用化学清洁剂处理，以免变质。

　　机车废气易造成褪色、镀金剥落等情形，空气落尘、汗水、雨水、身体污垢等也都会弄脏手表，特别是手表镀金的部分，若是皮面手表，则会致使皮带发霉、产生异味甚至断裂，所以在每次戴完手表后(尤其是在炎热的夏天)，以软布轻拭。

　　4.防水手表的保护

　　平常不配戴时，尽量不要让表受潮，以免皮革变形;放在有磁性的物品附近也会影响到手表的准确度。此外，就算是防水表也应避免让手表浸水，而且只要手表有水泡过(除非是潜水表)，都进场检查一番，以免因时间延误而造成内部机芯零件严重受损。事实上，防水表的防水程度，会随着防水圈硬化而有所改变，所以适时更换防水圈是必要的。

　　炎热潮湿的天气，很容易使手表内部机油凝结，产生时走时停、慢分或完全停止的现象，并会造成防水圈的硬化，降低防水机能。特别值得注意的是，海水含有盐分，对于金属组件具有腐蚀性，所以从事户外活动后，也应以淡水冲洗手表外壳，以避免腐蚀。

　　5.钟表的保用期

　　机械手表维修后保用半年，天梭石英表保用三个月，液晶显示保用一个月，钟表发条保用14天。从取件日期算起。如在保用期内发现停摆，走时不准确，可免费复修，复修时间在保用期中扣除。
