  当技师接到确认维修保养的手表后需要把机芯和其他部件分离,机芯组件进行超声波清洁,之后放到保险库中,直到维修师取走.表链和表壳送到服务中心中的绿色区域进行清洁和抛光.机芯从保险库中取出后,马上会被送往机芯维修组装区域,工作车间进行了空气净化工程,就是常说的无尘超压区.车间中所有工位的前方有一个大屏幕,屏幕上不断滚动的数字和代码表示相对应的技师需要的零配件已经准备就绪,可以去配件窗口领取.很好地解决技师在维修过程中来回走动询问配件准备情况,既节省时间,同时又让大家安心于维修本身,并把影响他人的情况减少到小.

  配件室全电子化管理,各种配件通过电脑直接查询和调取,工作快速准确.选用由瑞士直接提供的原厂品质配件更换组件.在组装环节中,机芯各个功能组件均涂先进的润滑剂,以减少磨擦,预防耗损,确保顾客的腕表机芯可持续准确运行。安装平衡摆轮时,经完整检测后,每只机芯都会经过详细检查,为了对检测的质量水平作出保证,每只受检的腕表更将经过严格的计时和防水测试,顾客将取得精准可靠的腕表。为确保计时精准,制表师细心调校平衡摆轮,并就其计时准确度进行电子测试。而后,制表师便会全面检测顾客的腕表,并在及后数天仔细观察,以验证腕表的性能。组装表壳时,小心安放表壳防水垫圈和水晶玻璃.没有安装机芯的表壳也会经过密封测试,空气压力测试(airtest)和防水测试(waterprooftest),表壳经过压缩测试确保每枚腕表应具备的实际防水功能,如果是DEEPSEA腕表需置入水深3900米的模拟环境中进行排氦阀门是否会打开的测试!

  维修保养好的机芯再一次深入清洁后会装入表壳中,同时会有专人负责对组装好的机芯的表壳进行一次检查看看是否仍有瑕疵.所有手表的保养维修是完全同样的流程,不分贵贱.经过冷凝测试合格后的手表还需要进行时间精度测试,即专业设备记录下腕表某一时刻的三根指针之间的夹角度数,在24小时后的同一时刻的角度与前一次进行比对,多次记录后才能判断走时精准与否,这是非常科学严谨的做法.瑞亨钟表维修中心会对员工会定期进行技术培训,以提高技师技术水平和理论知识,维修技术更专业!

  由单走时发展到人动电能、多功能运动天梭石英表、万年历手表、两地时间显示及带有月相显示功能的电子手表、全球卫星定位系统(G、P、S)天梭石英电子手表等等。八十年代中期由于日本天梭石英电子技术崛起大量的天梭石英电子手表进入市场,天梭 传统的制表业尤其是天梭石英电子手表受到了很大冲击几乎到了崩溃的边沿,但是{公用词库 2}制表业始终坚持自己高精尖的风格。在八十年代由天梭{ETA}机芯生产厂生产的指针式天梭石英电子手表机芯如:255411、255441、255111、976.001、210.001、282.001等等。机芯普遍采用逻辑调频电路,精度控制系统采用隐蔽式,把精度控制系做到IC电路中去无需手工调整线路板的精度,大大提高了线路板的度和稳定性,彻底改变传统用手工调整微调电容所带来的弊病。在线路板IC电路中还设置了低工作电压起动R.T测试点,它是检验机械传动系工作是否正常,电池使用寿命索取重要数据的主要手段。

  我在维修天梭石英表过程中经常会遇见到一些技术问题。

  1、电池使用不到一年已经没电了,首先要排除电池因素如电池使用年限超限,其次是机芯内脏、润滑油干涸、机械传动系磨擦系数增大,是造成电池使用年限不够的主要原因,应当对其机芯清洗加油保养。

  2、走时慢有偷停现象,主要是机芯内脏、转子表面有金属削或者是线圈内部有短路现象,这就要对机芯清洗加油更换线路板。

  3、走时快主要是线路板中天梭石英谐振器频率发生变化,其原因是天梭石英谐振器的两个管脚松动或者天梭石英谐振器密封管密封不好,都会使天梭石英谐振器频率产生变化。再一个就是IC电路中控制精度系统出现问题,也可以使天梭石英谐振频率发生变化需要更换线路板。

  4、秒针有倒走现象,这主要因为定子片几何尺寸变形或者定子片材料内部发生变化,从而使磁力线产生变化凹坑定位出现问题是造成秒针倒走的主要原因,应当更换定子片。
