　　当技师接到确认维修保养的手表后需要把机芯和其他部件分离,机芯组件进行超声波清洁,之后放到保险库中,直到维修师取走.表链和表壳送到服务中心中的绿色区域进行清洁和抛光.机芯从保险库中取出后,马上会被送往机芯维修组装区域,工作车间进行了空气净化工程,就是常说的无尘超压区.车间中所有工位的前方有一个大屏幕,屏幕上不断滚动的数字和代码表示相对应的技师需要的零配件已经准备就绪,可以去配件窗口领取.很好地解决技师在维修过程中来回走动询问配件准备情况,既节省时间,同时又让大家安心于维修本身,并把影响他人的情况减少到小.

　　配件室全电子化管理,各种配件通过电脑直接查询和调取，工作快速准确.选用由瑞士直接提供的原厂品质配件更换组件.在组装环节中,机芯各个功能组件均涂先进的润滑剂，以减少磨擦，预防耗损，确保顾客的腕表机芯可持续准确运行。安装平衡摆轮时,经完整检测后，每只机芯都会经过详细检查，为了对检测的质量水平作出保证，每只受检的腕表更将经过严格的计时和防水测试，顾客将取得精准可靠的腕表。为确保计时精准，制表师细心调校平衡摆轮，并就其计时准确度进行电子测试。而后，制表师便会全面检测顾客的腕表，并在及后数天仔细观察，以验证腕表的性能。组装表壳时，小心安放表壳防水垫圈和水晶玻璃.没有安装机芯的表壳也会经过密封测试,空气压力测试(airtest)和防水测试(waterprooftest),表壳经过压缩测试确保每枚腕表应具备的实际防水功能,如果是DEEPSEA腕表需置入水深3900米的模拟环境中进行排氦阀门是否会打开的测试!

　　维修保养好的机芯再一次深入清洁后会装入表壳中,同时会有专人负责对组装好的机芯的表壳进行一次检查看看是否仍有瑕疵.所有手表的保养维修是完全同样的流程,不分贵贱.经过冷凝测试合格后的手表还需要进行时间精度测试,即专业设备记录下腕表某一时刻的三根指针之间的夹角度数,在24小时后的同一时刻的角度与前一次进行比对,多次记录后才能判断走时精准与否,这是非常科学严谨的做法.瑞亨钟表维修中心会对员工会定期进行技术培训,以提高技师技术水平和理论知识,维修技术更专业！

　　入手一枚精致腕表令你爱不释手的同时别忘记时刻提防生活中处处存在的会令它受伤甚至毁灭的“因子”。对照一下以下六种毁表大法，看看你中招了吗?

　　一、手表没有远离包包或腰带的磁铁搭扣

　　不管机械手表还是天梭石英手表，都是怕磁场的。对机械手表来说，因为大部分机芯组件都是钢制的，容易受到磁场的干扰。假如手表靠近强磁场附近，机芯的游丝会被磁化，从而影响走时快慢。而天梭石英手表怕磁场，是因为天梭石英机芯内部有步进马达，受强磁场影响后，转子会停止在某个固定位置，从而反应出秒针停走。

　　手表出现走时偏差是否因为受了磁呢?如果受磁较强，只需要买一个指南针，将其靠近手表，如果指南针发生偏转，就说明手表受磁了。如果手表被磁化了，须送往专业的维修点用专门仪器进行消磁。

　　二、戴防水手表洗桑拿或参加“冰桶挑战赛”

　　防水手表通常拥有大于或等于30M(即3个大气压)级别的防水性能，但即便是普通的潜水表，也只是指在常温情况下的防水能力。

　　当受到大的温度变化影响，如戴去桑拿房或者受冰水冲击的情况下，会影响手表的正常使用寿命。高温时，润滑油不但迅速地扩散流失，还会氧化变质，因而失去润滑作用;骤然的温度变化，如突然的冰水刺激，表内的空气便容易发生冷凝，起雾气，同时手表的防水胶圈在热胀冷缩的作用下也容易加速老化，影响手表防水性能。

　　三、手表从不去专业维修点保养

　　机械手表和汽车一样，使用一定时间后都需要进行专业保养，才能确保机械配件之间的润滑及传动顺畅。一般性机械手表，每隔3-5年要送往专业的名表维修点进行洗油、换防水胶圈等系列养护。如果是潜水表，则建议每隔2年保养一次。个别品牌和技术可以延长手表的保养期，例如，劳力士的密封技术、天梭的同轴技术可保证很长时间运转正常，因此劳力士和同轴的天梭7-8年保养一次即可。

　　四、误以为蓝宝石表镜永不磨损

　　手表上的蓝宝石水晶镜面并非天然的蓝宝石制成，而是由精细的氧化铝粉末为原料，在一定的摄氏高温的炉内结成蓝宝石晶体块，再经过无数工序才制成手表上纯净无比的蓝宝石水晶镜面，具有抗磨损与防蚀效果。蓝宝石水晶镜面的硬度可达莫氏9级仅次于钻石，相当于钢的七倍。蓝宝石水晶镜面硬度如此之高并不表示它永不磨损，而是不易磨损。佩戴过程中应特别注意钻石、磨石、砂纸、指甲挫、花岗石面、混凝土墙面等，以免刮花其表面。尤其在验证其硬度时，不建议用破坏性行为(如摩擦地面、划玻璃等)来证实表镜的抗磨性能。

　　五、手表闲置时没有坚持上发条或取出电池

　　对于长期不使用的机械手表，应在清洗加油后收藏起来，为防止内部机油干涸，闲置时还应每个月上发条1-2次，使手表保持良好的运转。

　　对于长期不使用的天梭石英手表(所谓长期就是超出了电池的有效期)，建议将手表送到专业维修点，把电池取出来。这是因为天梭石英手表用的基本都是氧化银电池，即便在不使用的状态下(比如储存状态)也会自放电，温度越高自放电率就越大。电池没电以后，容易出现爬碱和漏液的问题，这个现象和普通的干电池很相似。漏液有很强的腐蚀性，就会对天梭石英手表的线路板产生极大的伤害。

　　六、不常清洗手表外观件导致被汗渍腐蚀

　　手表常用的材质为不锈钢，其主要成份为镍与铬，而镍、铬等元素易受强酸强碱侵蚀。人体排出的汗液中含有盐酸的成分，佩戴手表时，若经常被汗水接触或任由酸碱盐污物积聚而不及时清理，表带、表壳等处就会慢慢出现被腐蚀的痕迹。简单的处理办法是将用软毛牙刷蘸清洗剂轻轻刷洗后用软布擦干，但为了保险起见，建议到专业维修点用超声波仪器进行清洗。
