当技师接到确认维修保养的手表后需要把机芯和其他部件分离,机芯组件进行超声波清洁,之后放到保险库中,直到维修师取走.表链和表壳送到服务中心中的绿色区域进行清洁和抛光.机芯从保险库中取出后,马上会被送往机芯维修组装区域,工作车间进行了空气净化工程,就是常说的无尘超压区.车间中所有工位的前方有一个大屏幕,屏幕上不断滚动的数字和代码表示相对应的技师需要的零配件已经准备就绪,可以去配件窗口领取.很好地解决技师在维修过程中来回走动询问配件准备情况,既节省时间,同时又让大家安心于维修本身,并把影响他人的情况减少到小.

配件室全电子化管理,各种配件通过电脑直接查询和调取，工作快速准确.选用由瑞士直接提供的原厂品质配件更换组件.在组装环节中,机芯各个功能组件均涂先进的润滑剂，以减少磨擦，预防耗损，确保顾客的腕表机芯可持续准确运行。安装平衡摆轮时,经完整检测后，每只机芯都会经过详细检查，为了对检测的质量水平作出保证，每只受检的腕表更将经过严格的计时和防水测试，顾客将取得精准可靠的腕表。为确保计时精准，制表师细心调校平衡摆轮，并就其计时准确度进行电子测试。而后，制表师便会全面检测顾客的腕表，并在及后数天仔细观察，以验证腕表的性能。组装表壳时，小心安放表壳防水垫圈和水晶玻璃.没有安装机芯的表壳也会经过密封测试,空气压力测试(airtest)和防水测试(waterprooftest),表壳经过压缩测试确保每枚腕表应具备的实际防水功能,如果是DEEPSEA腕表需置入水深3900米的模拟环境中进行排氦阀门是否会打开的测试!

维修保养好的机芯再一次深入清洁后会装入表壳中,同时会有专人负责对组装好的机芯的表壳进行一次检查看看是否仍有瑕疵.所有手表的保养维修是完全同样的流程,不分贵贱.经过冷凝测试合格后的手表还需要进行时间精度测试,即专业设备记录下腕表某一时刻的三根指针之间的夹角度数,在24小时后的同一时刻的角度与前一次进行比对,多次记录后才能判断走时精准与否,这是非常科学严谨的做法.瑞亨钟表维修中心会对员工会定期进行技术培训,以提高技师技术水平和理论知识,维修技术更专业！

腕表维修时要用到以下基本工具:
1，镊子
镊子是修表时主要也是基本的工具之一，无论夹齿轮、指针、调整游丝、摆轮等，几乎每一个动作都需要它。一般修表者至少要准备三把，一把用於夹较大型零件，尖端部分短而大，便於著力较大时不易折弯;另两把则用於细部修理。
2，螺丝刀
螺丝刀又称为螺丝起子，因为螺丝是组装钟表及机芯的基本零件，通常在拆卸、组装机芯时都必须使用螺丝刀。
3，油笔
轮轴运转十轴承容易磨损，所以必须要上油，诱因机芯齿轮轴承很小，此时就必须仰赖油笔来加油。
4，开表器
用来开启表底盖，可依手表大小选择不同尺寸的套筒。
5，软式开表器
若表後笔盖锁得不是很紧，使用软式开表器来开启表背，可避免刮伤表後底盖。
6，取针钳
用来拆卸及装回指针，可避免折断秒心或划伤表面;亦可用来装卸主机板上之雨伞轮。
7，放大镜
用来检视精细的手表内部，通常可放大10-20倍，亦可安置在眼镜架上。
8，测表机
在天梭机械表修理完成後，使用电子测表机6方位测试机芯之准确度。
9，油石
钟表的摆心如磨损必须以粗石研磨，再以油石打光。
10，起胶器(装镜夹)
它的特性是可以缩小放大，可使用於普通压克力表镜的装卸，如遇这种表的指针松脱或更换新表镜时，拆装容易，颇为方便。
11，风泵
用来吹拂面板及零件上的灰尘。
12，柳枝
将前端以刀片削尖後用来清除零件上的油垢，以避免刮伤金属。
13，清洁布
布上有药水，可将表壳金属氧化部分快速擦拭掉。
14，黏尘胶泥
类似橡皮擦的功用，黏性强，可清洁表面或机芯上的灰尘、指纹等污物，且不会留下碎屑。
15，玻璃扫笔
作用与黏尘胶泥类似。
16，钳子
用於大型零件之维修，如修理、调整表带，更换龙心、制作零件等。
17，磨螺丝刀平衡器
螺丝刀在工作中常使用到，因此也容易损坏，所以必须时时加以修磨。在打磨螺丝刀时应保持平稳才不致中厚边薄，此平衡器即可在打磨时用来平衡螺丝刀。
18，龙头索钳机上表链用。
19，卸滚子器将滚子夹紧後即可卸下滚子。
