　　当技师接到确认维修保养的手表后需要把机芯和其他部件分离,机芯组件进行超声波清洁,之后放到保险库中,直到维修师取走.表链和表壳送到服务中心中的绿色区域进行清洁和抛光.机芯从保险库中取出后,马上会被送往机芯维修组装区域,工作车间进行了空气净化工程,就是常说的无尘超压区.车间中所有工位的前方有一个大屏幕,屏幕上不断滚动的数字和代码表示相对应的技师需要的零配件已经准备就绪,可以去配件窗口领取.很好地解决技师在维修过程中来回走动询问配件准备情况,既节省时间,同时又让大家安心于维修本身,并把影响他人的情况减少到小.

　　配件室全电子化管理,各种配件通过电脑直接查询和调取，工作快速准确.选用由瑞士直接提供的原厂品质配件更换组件.在组装环节中,机芯各个功能组件均涂先进的润滑剂，以减少磨擦，预防耗损，确保顾客的腕表机芯可持续准确运行。安装平衡摆轮时,经完整检测后，每只机芯都会经过详细检查，为了对检测的质量水平作出保证，每只受检的腕表更将经过严格的计时和防水测试，顾客将取得精准可靠的腕表。为确保计时精准，制表师细心调校平衡摆轮，并就其计时准确度进行电子测试。而后，制表师便会全面检测顾客的腕表，并在及后数天仔细观察，以验证腕表的性能。组装表壳时，小心安放表壳防水垫圈和水晶玻璃.没有安装机芯的表壳也会经过密封测试,空气压力测试(airtest)和防水测试(waterprooftest),表壳经过压缩测试确保每枚腕表应具备的实际防水功能,如果是DEEPSEA腕表需置入水深3900米的模拟环境中进行排氦阀门是否会打开的测试!

　　维修保养好的机芯再一次深入清洁后会装入表壳中,同时会有专人负责对组装好的机芯的表壳进行一次检查看看是否仍有瑕疵.所有手表的保养维修是完全同样的流程,不分贵贱.经过冷凝测试合格后的手表还需要进行时间精度测试,即专业设备记录下腕表某一时刻的三根指针之间的夹角度数,在24小时后的同一时刻的角度与前一次进行比对,多次记录后才能判断走时精准与否,这是非常科学严谨的做法.瑞亨钟表维修中心会对员工会定期进行技术培训,以提高技师技术水平和理论知识,维修技术更专业！

　　手表用什么油清洗保养?手表，无论天梭机械表还是天梭石英表(纯液晶显示的除外)都靠齿轮运作，我们看到手表上会标明多少钻的手表，这个多少钻并不是说手表有多少钻石，而是说明手表有多少个齿轮轴是用钻眼的，一般都用人造钻石代替。由于人造钻石耐磨损，所以表的钻眼越多，手表相对走时寿命长一点。但是手表的齿轮不可能用钻石这样硬的物料来加工，它只能用钢料来作为轮轴。手表越小越薄，轮轴则越细。

　　每天几万转的转数完全靠在钻眼里面微量的油来降低磨损，一旦油干了，轮轴处于干磨损，几年下来，这个表的寿命也就到了。尽管名表的表油都是非常的，但是由于量太小，几年下来肯定会挥发完，一根像头发一样细的轮轴能磨损多长时间?以前的表结构没有现在的复杂，且做的比较大，轮轴也比较粗，所以有的顾客说我的表十年没有保养也在走，现在的表越做越小，价格比以前贵几十倍，不能抱不如以前的感慨。对于手表的保养，务必要提上日程。而手表的洗油，显然是所有保养中的步。

　　清洗剂的选择至关重要

　　在这里，首先想和大家讲讲机芯清洗剂的问题。清洗的目的就是要利用清洗剂的作用，把零件表面的油污和小污物清洗掉，因为这些油污和小颗粒物会影响机芯的走时精度和零件表面的腐蚀。清洗看似简单，但却非常重要，可以这么说，很多回修的表中有很大一部分就是清洗不干净引起的，所以清洗对于维修装配是非常重要的，一句话，洗不干净等于白白保养，还有可能对机芯造成不必要的损害。清洗剂的选用很重要，见过用普通汽油的(93号、97号)，溶剂汽油的(120号、180号)，还有用煤油的，用火机油的。下面小编讲讲维修工作中比较常见的几种清洗剂(厂家大批清洗另有清洗配方和工序)。

　　1、烃类溶剂清洗液

　　比较有代表的就是汽油(这里说的汽油是120号、180号溶剂油)和石油醚了，优点是去油污的能力很强，很快就能溶解油污，再配上小刷子，可以洗的比较干净，但是只适用于相对较新的机芯。若配合一些活性剂可以使清洗的效果更好。这类清洗剂也有缺点，首先就是易燃，非常易燃，使用中要特别注意火灾的问题。我认识的一个同行，就是使用不当导致石油醚燃烧，差点把店铺烧掉。其次，对于一些指纹氧化层效果不好。

　　2、含氯溶剂类清洗液

　　常见的有三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯、。清洗效果很好，溶解油污的效果也是非常好，这类溶剂沸点低，不易燃，挥发快，比汽油类快非常多，可以说把零件夹出来几秒就干了。但是这类溶剂都含有一定毒性，长时间接触对身体不好，不建议长期使用。

　　3、含氟类溶剂清洗液

　　三氟三氯，对油污渗透力、溶解力都很强，特点是不燃烧，沸点47℃，以前的资料说这类是的，但近年的研究资料证明还是有一定的毒性，而且对大气层的破坏也很严重，所以这类清洗剂已经被淘汰，市面上也基本上买不到了。

　　4、用酒精、汽油、氨水、油酸等按一定比例混合而成

　　清洗的效果不错，特别是手汗这类污物和机芯的氧化，洗过之后机芯比较亮，镀金的零件也会恢复原来的色泽。缺点是比例控制要求严格，配方的腐蚀性也比较强，气味也十分的刺鼻，要注意个人的安全防护，不适合小表店的手洗流程。

　　5、天梭进口的成品洗表水

　　要配合自动或半自动洗表机使用，都是含有一定毒性的，同样不适合手洗。

　　6、天梭进口的1∶9浓缩液

　　这是一种红色碱性的溶液，气味十分刺激，我闻过，千万不要沾到皮肤上或眼睛里。气味我感觉是氨水的某种混合物(和4类似)，这个溶液要按比例(1份浓缩液∶9份蒸馏水)稀释在蒸馏水里，这个有温度和时间的限制，不能加温，时间也不能久，否则会对机芯有较大的腐蚀。不能手洗，只能机洗，而且用这个洗过，还要用蒸馏水再把零件洗几遍，后要用乙醇脱水，烘干。
