　　当技师接到确认维修保养的手表后需要把机芯和其他部件分离,机芯组件进行超声波清洁,之后放到保险库中,直到维修师取走.表链和表壳送到服务中心中的绿色区域进行清洁和抛光.机芯从保险库中取出后,马上会被送往机芯维修组装区域,工作车间进行了空气净化工程,就是常说的无尘超压区.车间中所有工位的前方有一个大屏幕,屏幕上不断滚动的数字和代码表示相对应的技师需要的零配件已经准备就绪,可以去配件窗口领取.很好地解决技师在维修过程中来回走动询问配件准备情况,既节省时间,同时又让大家安心于维修本身,并把影响他人的情况减少到小.

　　配件室全电子化管理,各种配件通过电脑直接查询和调取，工作快速准确.选用由瑞士直接提供的原厂品质配件更换组件.在组装环节中,机芯各个功能组件均涂先进的润滑剂，以减少磨擦，预防耗损，确保顾客的腕表机芯可持续准确运行。安装平衡摆轮时,经完整检测后，每只机芯都会经过详细检查，为了对检测的质量水平作出保证，每只受检的腕表更将经过严格的计时和防水测试，顾客将取得精准可靠的腕表。为确保计时精准，制表师细心调校平衡摆轮，并就其计时准确度进行电子测试。而后，制表师便会全面检测顾客的腕表，并在及后数天仔细观察，以验证腕表的性能。组装表壳时，小心安放表壳防水垫圈和水晶玻璃.没有安装机芯的表壳也会经过密封测试,空气压力测试(airtest)和防水测试(waterprooftest),表壳经过压缩测试确保每枚腕表应具备的实际防水功能,如果是DEEPSEA腕表需置入水深3900米的模拟环境中进行排氦阀门是否会打开的测试!

　　维修保养好的机芯再一次深入清洁后会装入表壳中,同时会有专人负责对组装好的机芯的表壳进行一次检查看看是否仍有瑕疵.所有手表的保养维修是完全同样的流程,不分贵贱.经过冷凝测试合格后的手表还需要进行时间精度测试,即专业设备记录下腕表某一时刻的三根指针之间的夹角度数,在24小时后的同一时刻的角度与前一次进行比对,多次记录后才能判断走时精准与否,这是非常科学严谨的做法.瑞亨钟表维修中心会对员工会定期进行技术培训,以提高技师技术水平和理论知识,维修技术更专业！

　　天梭机械表里存在着很多钢质材料，比如大小钢轮、擒纵轮、齿轮的轴榫、轴承、螺丝和游丝，因此，手表非常容易被磁化。机械手表一旦磁化了，带来的影响首先是误差增大，严重的还会使手表停走。天梭石英表虽然没有被磁化的问题，但却有在强磁场中停走的可能。

　　天梭石英表会被磁化吗?

　　天梭石英机芯里面一样有各传动齿轮，只是由於集成电路替代了很多机械机芯的部件，但很多的传动部件仍然是机械的，轴端仍要加红宝石防止磨损，需要润滑的部位一样需要定期保养加油。但相对来说，比机械机芯的被磁化影响小多了。而且一般要较强的磁场才会有明显的影响，甚至大过机芯内部的磁力推动时，机芯会停止。但一旦离开那个磁场後，又会恢复行走。一般来说，天梭石英机芯，比机械机芯的抗磁能力高很多。

　　现在市面上的防磁手表虽然具有一定的防磁作用，然而在戴用时如接触具有强磁场的发电机和电动机等物体时，或不慎将手表放在收音机和电视机附近时，手表就会被发电机、电动机、收音机和电视机的磁场磁化。手表被磁化后，不但走时不准确，有的甚至停摆。

　　那么，怎样给手表消磁呢?
