当技师接到确认维修保养的手表后需要把机芯和其他部件分离,机芯组件进行超声波清洁,之后放到保险库中,直到维修师取走.表链和表壳送到服务中心中的绿色区域进行清洁和抛光.机芯从保险库中取出后,马上会被送往机芯维修组装区域,工作车间进行了空气净化工程,就是常说的无尘超压区.车间中所有工位的前方有一个大屏幕,屏幕上不断滚动的数字和代码表示相对应的技师需要的零配件已经准备就绪,可以去配件窗口领取.很好地解决技师在维修过程中来回走动询问配件准备情况,既节省时间,同时又让大家安心于维修本身,并把影响他人的情况减少到小.

配件室全电子化管理,各种配件通过电脑直接查询和调取，工作快速准确.选用由瑞士直接提供的原厂品质配件更换组件.在组装环节中,机芯各个功能组件均涂先进的润滑剂，以减少磨擦，预防耗损，确保顾客的腕表机芯可持续准确运行。安装平衡摆轮时,经完整检测后，每只机芯都会经过详细检查，为了对检测的质量水平作出保证，每只受检的腕表更将经过严格的计时和防水测试，顾客将取得精准可靠的腕表。为确保计时精准，制表师细心调校平衡摆轮，并就其计时准确度进行电子测试。而后，制表师便会全面检测顾客的腕表，并在及后数天仔细观察，以验证腕表的性能。组装表壳时，小心安放表壳防水垫圈和水晶玻璃.没有安装机芯的表壳也会经过密封测试,空气压力测试(airtest)和防水测试(waterprooftest),表壳经过压缩测试确保每枚腕表应具备的实际防水功能,如果是DEEPSEA腕表需置入水深3900米的模拟环境中进行排氦阀门是否会打开的测试!

维修保养好的机芯再一次深入清洁后会装入表壳中,同时会有专人负责对组装好的机芯的表壳进行一次检查看看是否仍有瑕疵.所有手表的保养维修是完全同样的流程,不分贵贱.经过冷凝测试合格后的手表还需要进行时间精度测试,即专业设备记录下腕表某一时刻的三根指针之间的夹角度数,在24小时后的同一时刻的角度与前一次进行比对,多次记录后才能判断走时精准与否,这是非常科学严谨的做法.瑞亨钟表维修中心会对员工会定期进行技术培训,以提高技师技术水平和理论知识,维修技术更专业！

30年前的手表表盘发生变色的情况似乎更多，这大概和当时生产工艺有关，表盘基底都是黄铜的，然后在其表面镀金或镀银，后还要喷上罩光漆。可能会有一些酸性溶剂残留，这个容易日后造成表盘变色，这个质量缺陷居然还像那样，它会自己慢慢的扩散和发展，严重的整个表盘看上去就像个“花脸”，跟人长了“”似的。
表盘变色是表盘严重的质量缺陷，因此不能有一点点存在，其典型特点:如果是变色点，就会有个极小的核(异色点)，而在它周围出现圈状的浸润色班，有时候会有多个这样的变色点在表盘上存在;有的非常不容易看，需要有适当的光线和折光角度才能被发现。
大面积片状的变色比较明显，已经严重影响到手表外观的美观，除了生产方面原因外，也有使用上外在的原因导致或诱发手表表盘变色。
原因一:手表进水或长期受潮，手表表壳密封不严，外界的水气湿气钻进手表内，也非常容易诱发表盘变色，或者是表盘罩光漆起皮脱落，其特点是发生在表盘边缘的比较多。
原因二:长期收藏不用的手表，如果有夜明指针的话，这要看夜明选用材质的性质了，一般对老式手表应该格外小心，表盘出现变色部位往往恰好是在手表时、分针的夜明对应位置上。
原因三:手表长期被放置或暴露在阳光照射下，阳光中的各种射线会让一切东西都慢慢的变色，精美的东西也一样，谁也不能逃脱。
原因四:手表接触到放射线或有放射性的物质，放射线在医学和某些工业生产上会有应用，这个厉害，它能在很短的时间内，让一些东西变色。曾经有人去一家金属研究检测部门，做过手表壳的镀金厚度检测，他们用的那个设备有强烈的射线，实验刚结束，取出表壳再一看，坏了!原来无色表玻璃怎么变成棕色的了?而且深浅度还不一致，成花脸玻璃了。在珠宝首饰行业里，是有用放射线给某些宝石做改色的，比如黄玉类的宝石;还有珍珠的改色也这么干。如果有做放疗的病人，或者做有涉及到放射线的检查，去医院千万别带手表。
