　　配件室全电子化管理,各种配件通过电脑直接查询和调取，工作快速准确.选用由瑞士直接提供的原厂品质配件更换组件.在组装环节中,机芯各个功能组件均涂先进的润滑剂，以减少磨擦，预防耗损，确保顾客的腕表机芯可持续准确运行。安装平衡摆轮时,经完整检测后，每只机芯都会经过详细检查，为了对检测的质量水平作出保证，每只受检的腕表更将经过严格的计时和防水测试，顾客将取得精准可靠的腕表。为确保计时精准，制表师细心调校平衡摆轮，并就其计时准确度进行电子测试。而后，制表师便会全面检测顾客的腕表，并在及后数天仔细观察，以验证腕表的性能。组装表壳时，小心安放表壳防水垫圈和水晶玻璃.没有安装机芯的表壳也会经过密封测试,空气压力测试(airtest)和防水测试(waterprooftest),表壳经过压缩测试确保每枚腕表应具备的实际防水功能,如果是DEEPSEA腕表需置入水深3900米的模拟环境中进行排氦阀门是否会打开的测试!

　　维修保养好的机芯再一次深入清洁后会装入表壳中,同时会有专人负责对组装好的机芯的表壳进行一次检查看看是否仍有瑕疵.所有手表的保养维修是完全同样的流程,不分贵贱.经过冷凝测试合格后的手表还需要进行时间精度测试,即专业设备记录下腕表某一时刻的三根指针之间的夹角度数,在24小时后的同一时刻的角度与前一次进行比对,多次记录后才能判断走时精准与否,这是非常科学严谨的做法.瑞亨钟表维修中心会对员工会定期进行技术培训,以提高技师技术水平和理论知识,维修技术更专业！

　　表带是手表上的重要部件，以金属表带为常见，从材质上分，又以不锈钢表带的多，除此之外还有:用贵金属、钨钢、钛金属等。

　　手表因为长期佩带，表带首当其冲会受到磨损，容易出问题的是表带扣合不良，螺丝栓或其它类型的连接拴窜出或脱落，表面划伤、镀金层掉色等。

　　比较低档的表带都是所谓“空芯”的，比较薄和轻，一般是用不锈钢板材弯制而成的，而实芯表带就比较厚和有分量，表带节和节之间都是用栓钉来连接。

　　钨钢表带比重就更大，沉甸甸的，它大的好处就是抗磨，不好的地方是某些这类的表带容易出现开焊断裂，同时它也比较怕摔。

　　镀金或“不锈钢+镀金”那种类型的表带，主要的是怕磨怕划伤，一但损伤了还不能修整，尤其是表带扣方向，很容易和桌子面发生摩擦，因此脱色的更快。摩擦还包括和衣服的袖口，手表长期佩带中，不知不觉的镀层就是这样被磨掉了。所以，建议尽量不选择镀金的手表，特别是表带镀金的。再说，镀金成本很高，镀金表带的镀层都非常薄，比较好的天梭手表，一般多也就镀10个微米。
