　　腕表日常佩戴八项错误方法

　　2、在过于潮湿的环境下不能佩戴非防水腕表，尤其是皮质表带的腕表如果过于潮湿还会导致皮带变硬，起异味。

　　5、夜晚睡觉前一定要把手表摘下来，尤其是具有夜光功能的手表，据说表盘上发光的涂料是镭和硫化锌的混合物，发光时会有镭辐射这个对健康还是有一定影响的。

　　6、长期不带的手表每个月要上一次发条，如果是自动机械的则需要佩戴一次保证能够晃动上弦。这样能够保证腕表内部零件不是长期静止状态，保证良好的性能。

　　7、手动上链腕表第一次上链时，需要本人亲自上链满方便掌握一个度，之后在上链时上9分就好，避免太紧导致发条断裂。

　　(一)手表走动无力，摆轮片即停，故障在哪里?

　　(四)确定故障段的方法是:

　　1.用手表柄轴进行上条和拨针检查。如能顺利上条，则上条传动路线无故障，对这部分不必拆开检查如能顺利拨针12小时以上(即时针旋转一周)，则拨针传动路线无故障。对这部分不必拆开检查。如不能上条，酬拆开上条路线零件进行检查如不能拨针，则拆开拨针路线零件进行检查，如既不能上条叉不能投针，则重点拆开上条与拨针的共用零件进行检查。如这部分有故障，排除故障后再进行下一步检查。

　　2.卸下手表后盖后。晃动手表机芯:如手表摆轮摆动正常，擒纵叉动，擒纵轮不动，则说明叉头至摆轮游丝段无故障，故障发生在自动路线的条盒轮至擒纵叉轴一段如摆轮摆动不正常甚至不摆动，擒纵叉不动，则故障部位在擒纵叉轴至摆轮游丝一段，需要拆开手表进行检查。
