腕表日常佩戴八项错误方法
1、要远离磁场。虽然现在有部分表款具有防磁功能，但是我觉得这东西还是远离的好。我们身边具有磁性的物质还是很多的具体详情见文章《远离磁化 实测手机磁性对腕表的影响》。
2、在过于潮湿的环境下不能佩戴非防水腕表，尤其是皮质表带的腕表如果过于潮湿还会导致皮带变硬，起异味。
3、在佩戴机械腕表时不能做过于激烈的运动，当然豪雅高尔夫那种的就不必忌讳了。
4、不要随意打开表后盖，避免进入灰尘。如果您真的好奇的话可以在保养的时候当专业人士拆开的时候您可以围观看看。
5、夜晚睡觉前一定要把手表摘下来，尤其是具有夜光功能的手表，据说表盘上发光的涂料是镭和硫化锌的混合物，发光时会有镭辐射这个对健康还是有一定影响的。
6、长期不带的手表每个月要上一次发条，如果是自动机械的则需要佩戴一次保证能够晃动上弦。这样能够保证腕表内部零件不是长期静止状态，保证良好的性能。
7、手动上链腕表第一次上链时，需要本人亲自上链满方便掌握一个度，之后在上链时上9分就好，避免太紧导致发条断裂。
8、万一不幸您的手表出现了异常情况比如说走时不准之类的问题，请拿到售后或者专业维修店处理，不要自己擅自打开处理。

名表需要细心呵护
1.手表的保养
手表的使用寿命与佩戴者是否正确使用和保养手表有关,例如佩戴手表洗澡、手表外观肮脏、表带长度不适、使用环境恶劣等,都易导致手表损坏,缩短使用寿命。
中高档手表每隔两至三年应做相应的保养,更换防水元件,检测走时性能和机芯功耗,清洗机芯, 以及养护外观等,这样的保养服务将有效延长您的手表的使用时间。
2.手表的防水性
手表的防水依靠表镜、后盖、把头等处的防水胶圈而达到相应的标准。所有防水表均在底盖上打有“WATER RESISTANT”或“WATER PROOF”的英文字样。无防水标记手表仅能防尘,应避免沾水。30 米(3ATM,即3个大气压)防水表,可用于日常梳洗或雨中使用,即水滴只溅在表面上而未有任何水压加于表上。50米防水表可适用于游泳及一般家务,100米防水表可用于游泳和潜水等水下工作。
防水胶圈的老化会影响手表的防水性能,所以手表的防水胶圈和把头(内含防水圈)根据使用情况要定期更换。积家(Jaeger-LeCoultre)石英表在每次换电池时须同时更换防水元件,以保证防水性能良好。
任何防水表都不宜戴着洗热水浴、桑拿浴或在温度变化很大的环境中使用。因为防水胶圈受温度影响会热胀冷缩出现空隙并加速老化从而引起进水和表内出现水凝结物,严重的将使机件损坏。
3.表带

4. 手表的“两防”

5.手表除水秘藉
不小心表壳内进水了,可用一种叫做硅胶的颗粒状物质与已经积水的手表一起放进一个密闭的容器内,数小时后,取出手表,积水即全部消失。此法简单经济,对表的精度和寿命均无任何损害。已经多次吸水后的硅胶,可在120℃下干燥数小时,吸水能力可再生,还能反复多次使用。
6. 手表翻新秘藉
手表蒙被划出很多道纹以后,可以在表蒙上先滴一二滴清水,再挤一点牙膏擦涂,就可以把划纹去掉而使表蒙如新了。
7.手表保养秘藉
(1)戴手表时,手上的汗水对表壳有腐蚀性,全钢表壳由于是镍铬合金,抗腐蚀性能好些,半钢表壳是铜的,长期与汗水接触,容易腐蚀,应经常用软布抹去汗水或垫上塑料表托,以防止其被汗水侵蚀。
(2)不要随意打开表后盖,以免尘埃进入机芯影响手表的正常工作。
(3)不要将手表放在有樟脑丸的衣柜内,以免表油变质。
(4)不要将手表放在收音机、电视机上,以免磁化。
(5)长期存放不戴的手表,应每月定期上发条一次,使零件不致长期处于静止状态,以保证表机的运转性能。
