Brief introduction

　　Stainless steel passivation solution ID3000-1 of Kaimeng is the ascending product of original ID3000.It isalso suitable for the passivation of austenitic stainless steel and duplex stainless steelwhich has no change in color after treated.

　　It is made of environmental inorganic acidas the main oxidant ,rare-earth saltsand aggregate corrosion inhibitor.It’scolorless,tasteless and don’t contain any acid ingredients.What’s more, it can be used at room temperature. Importantly, it is in line with the standard of RoHS. The workpieces which is treated with passivation can form a dense protective passivation film on its surface. Meanwhile, there is no changes on its luster and size. The ability of resistance to salt spray can be improved 10 to 30 times.

　　凯盟不锈钢钝化液ID3000-1为我司原ID3000产品的升级品。同样适用于奥氏体不锈钢与双相不锈钢本色钝化。与老产品相比、升级后的本品钝化速度更快、耐蚀性能更强。

　　本品采用环保无机酸为主氧化剂、稀土盐和聚合型腐蚀抑制剂复配而成，不含酸蚀成份，无色、无味、常温使用。符合当今环保RoHS标准，通过本品钝化，在8~15分钟即可形成致密的钝化保护膜，同时保持工件原有光泽、不损伤工件尺寸，中性盐雾性能提高10~30倍。远远领先同行业的同类产品。
