　　门窗设备塑钢焊机（包括二位焊，三位焊，四位焊）使用较长时间后，有的会出现机床全身带电，如果未使用带漏电保护器的空开，不会跳闸，这种情况很不安全。如果使用了带漏电保护器的空开，则合不上闸，老是跳闸。

　　检修方法:只打开塑钢焊机1号机头加热开关，关闭其他机头加热开关，测试是否带电或跳闸，如果跳闸，说明1号机头焊板坏了，需要更换。
