套管地锚
在井眼内将套管底端与地层锚在一起的装置。套管柱中安装套管地锚之后,在固井作业可以人为地给套管施加一定的向上的预应力。该预应力待水泥浆凝固后仍然存在,从而减少高温热采作业中对套管的损坏。在普通井中放置套管地锚时,可确保固井时套管伸直聚中,水泥环完整,防止出现套管裸露在外被生锈腐蚀。
技术参数及规格:1.安全系数大于2时,地锚最大允许拉力为1000KN
2.地锚撑爪张开时最大外径为500-590毫米,适用于208-300毫米不同岩性地层的井眼。
3.地锚不打开时最大外径Φ200毫米。
4.最小流道截面积3317mm。
5.悬挂销钉剪断压力为6MPa。
6.提预应力之前须憋压15-20MPa打开撑爪。
7.使用套管工程直径Φ177.8毫米。
Casing Anchor
Fixed casing anchor insideCasing string, during cement job the casing can be artificially given a certainupward prestressed power and this power can be still exist after cement pastehardened, thus can reduce the damage during the high temperature thermal work.When setting the casing anchor into the common well it can insure the casing incementing extending and centralizing, prevent the rust and the eroding of thecasing.

2: The max.O.D. is 500-590mmwhen the anchor is open, it can be adaptable to the holes in differentlithologic geology.
3: The max.O.D. is Φ200mm whenthe anchor is closed.
4: The min. of the channelsection is 3317mm.
5: The shearing pressure ofthe suspended pin is 6 Mpa.
6: The staying claw should beopened and it is need to hold pressure 15-20Mpa before the prestressed is lifted.
7: The ratable diameter of theuseable casing is Φ177.8mm.
