Guangdong will build a stainless steel industrial cluster with an output value of more than 100 billion yuan: At present, Yangjiang City has a stainless steel production capacity of 2 million tons, and strives to build a high-end stainless steel industry gathering area with an annual output value of more than 100 billion yuan in 2020. Among them, Guangdong Yongjin Metal's 680,000-ton precision stainless steel deep-processing project laid the foundation in Yangjiang High-tech Zone and is the first stainless steel cold-rolling project in Yangjiang City. Environmental protection is still an unavoidable topic in the stainless steel industry every year. Although the development of stainless steel can promote economic development, it has also increasingly polluted the environment. Eliminating backward production capacity and focusing on industrial transformation and upgrading have also become the future development of stainless steel. In 2018, environmental protection departments frequently returned visits. Both Jiangsu and Guangdong belonged to regions with relatively developed stainless steel industries. Since April, enterprises in Jiangsu and other places have been intensively rectified. Although this year is not the year of capacity expansion, we found that stainless steel production capacity will enter a period of expansion again in the next three years.
