山东梁山挂车之都梁山挂车制造实业特种车制造有限公司其前身梁山县瑞发挂车厂，本厂于1996年投资建厂，建筑面积1636平方米，其中办公室120平方米、职工宿舍666平方米、仓库126平方米、车间964平方米，共投资200万元。主要生产东方红系列拖拉机拖斗和上海50、天津60型拖拉机挂斗。
1998年本厂第一次扩建增加车间1680平方米，并配置行车两台、电焊机35台、CO2 保护焊10台，增加了剪板机、折弯机、电磁钻、大型摇臂钻等大型生产设备和涂层测厚仪、点温计、五轮仪等大型检测设备；共投资500万元；本厂设计开发了普通全挂车和厢式全挂车，经试验研制其可行性强，通过山东省汽车工业协会的鉴定。2004年本厂第二次扩建增加车间54间计6683平方米，3月份开始动工兴建办公楼和科研大楼共投资1400万元，增加设计开发人员5人、技术人员120人、管理人员30人、增加职工300人，
