一、冷库保温材料的保温性能
用于冷库方面的聚氨酯保温材料第一要求便是保温性能,而保温性能的好坏在真正投入使用前是无法用肉眼观察出来的,到了观察出耗电量高低差别时已经为时过晚。该公司通过大量的实验检测,在选材方面进行严格控制,以期达到这一目的:
1.使用结构性胺醚,降低导热系数,提升保温效果;
2.各种原料以及配方中尽量将含水量降低,避免水发泡造成保温性能劣化;
3.主体材料聚醚:选用经过严格后处理的大厂的产品,与小厂不经后处理的聚醚相比,其泡沫泡孔均匀程度高、泡孔壁较薄,保温性能明显优于厚壁大孔的普通泡沫;
4.高效无味胺类催化剂的使用,有效调整发泡-凝胶反应的平衡,使喷涂层间表皮较薄,利于冷库保温材料性能的体现;
5.不使用普通聚酯多元醇。
