一、冷库保温材料的保温性能

　　用于冷库方面的聚氨酯保温材料第一要求便是保温性能，而保温性能的好坏在真正投入使用前是无法用肉眼观察出来的，到了观察出耗电量高低差别时已经为时过晚。该公司通过大量的实验检测，在选材方面进行严格控制，以期达到这一目的:

　　1.使用结构性胺醚，降低导热系数，提升保温效果；

　　2.各种原料以及配方中尽量将含水量降低，避免水发泡造成保温性能劣化；

　　3.主体材料聚醚:选用经过严格后处理的大厂的产品，与小厂不经后处理的聚醚相比，其泡沫泡孔均匀程度高、泡孔壁较薄，保温性能明显优于厚壁大孔的普通泡沫；

　　4.高效无味胺类催化剂的使用，有效调整发泡-凝胶反应的平衡，使喷涂层间表皮较薄，利于冷库保温材料性能的体现；

　　5.不使用普通聚酯多元醇。
