组合冷库是近年发展起来的一种拼装快速简易的冷藏设备，由专门的工厂进行专业生产预制，然后在施工现场进行组装。组合冷库均可进行二次拆装。

　　美特斯组合冷库内蒸发器的蒸发面积在配置上与实际的制冷工艺技术要求差距较大。据对部份组合冷库的实地观察，其蒸发器的蒸发面积只有应该配置的75%左右。
