结构特征
1.极柱端子含内或外螺纹黄铜芯棒,表面镀锡和涂上防氧化剂,确保在高倍率电流通过时减少接触面所产生的热量,安装连接条时更安全可靠及节省时间.

MCA蓄电池结构性能优点:
MCA蓄电池采用特种铅钙多元合金，对隔板、电解液及各生产工序的杂质进行严格控制，在20℃的环境下，蓄电池在6个月内不必补充电能即可正常使用。采用铜芯镀银端子及特别设计，保证极佳电气性能。适应环境能力强可在-20℃～+50℃的环境温度下使用，适用于沙漠、高原性气候。可用于防暴区的特殊电源。采用高强度工程塑料为原料及高密度超细玻璃纤维隔板，确保电池的一流品质；适应各种温度条件，无游离电解液，防爆，自放电小。蓄电池具有无酸液泄漏、电阻小、耐震动性能、抗过放电恢复能力强，自放电小，寿命长等特点。在20℃-25℃环境下，FM系列小型密封电池浮充寿命可达3～5年，FM固定型密封电池浮充寿命可达8～10年。
MCA蓄电池使用环境:
⑴避免将电池与金属容器直接接触，应采用防酸和阻热材料，否则会引起冒烟或燃烧。
⑵使用指定的充电器在指定的条件下充电，否则可能会引起电池过热、放气、泄露、燃烧或破裂。
⑶不要将电池安装在密封的设备里，否则可能会使设备浦破裂。
⑷将电池使用在医护设备中时，请安装主电源外的后备电源，否则主电源失效会引起伤害。
⑸将电池放在远离能产生火花设备的地方，否则火花可能会引起电池冒烟或破裂。
⑹不要将电池放在热源附近（如变压器），否则会引起电池过热、泄漏、燃烧或破裂。
⑺应用中电池数目超过一只时，请确保电池间连接无误，且与充电器或负载连接无误，否则会引起电池破裂、燃烧或电池损害，某些情况下还会伤人。
⑻特别注意别让电池砸在脚上。
⑼电池的指定使用范围如下。超出此范围可能会引起电池损害。

⑽不要将装在机车上的电池放在高温下、直射阳光中、火炉或火前，否则可能会造成电池泄漏、起火或破裂。
