　　本装置为交流电晕放电式除电装置，除电性能安定，正负离子平衡良好。高压电源搭载对应PL法之安全装置，保持高度信赖性。安全装置则采用精确度非常高的方式，即为检出变压器2次测电压之过电流。当检查出除电电极或是高压电缆线有异常漏电时，在切断高压电源的同时，再以蜂鸣器警报告知。
