Our small air compressor are mainly used to supply stable and clean compressed air to the pneumatic tools and keep them working smoothly and efficiently.

a) Working Principle
Start the engine then the crankshaft will be driven to whirl. The piston will be reciprocated in the cylinder through the linkage. When the piston moves from the top to the bottom, the capacity of the cylinder will increases and the pressure inside is below the atmosphere, so the air enters into the cylinder through the air filter and the suction valve.
When piston moves from the bottom to the top, the capacity of the cylinder will decrease the air in the cylinder is pressed. When the pressure reaches the certain degree the exhaust valve will be opened automatically, the compressed air will enter into the air tank through exhaust copper pipes. The air compressor works circularly, the pressure in the air tank increases gradually till reaching the working pressure.
b) Structure Characteristics
The compressor consists of main machine, motor (or diesel engine), air tank, transmission system, and control system etc.
The main machine and the engine (the diesel engine or the motor) etc. are all placed on two horizontal sleeve-liked air tank. There are wheels under the air tank to be able to move on the ground.
