　　普惠风机的维护保养要点

　　日常维护包括每周清洁滤网（压差>300Pa时更换），每月检查皮带张力（挠度10-15mm）。轴承润滑脂每运行3000小时更换，用量为轴承腔1/3-1/2。某电厂因润滑脂过量（填充80%）导致温升超标，引发轴承早期失效。叶轮动平衡校正周期为2年，允许残余不平衡量≤1g·mm/kg。最新研发的自润滑轴承可延长维护周期至20000小时。冬季停机需排净冷却水，防止冻裂壳体。建议建立每台设备的振动趋势档案，偏差超20%时预警。
