　　普惠风机的防腐防爆特殊设计

　　腐蚀性环境需选用316L不锈钢或玻璃钢材质，某酸洗车间使用FRP普惠风机，寿命延长至碳钢风机的5倍。防爆型号符合Ex dⅡCT4标准，隔爆面间隙严格控制在0.15-0.2mm。特殊设计的叶轮静电导出装置，确保表面电阻<10⁶Ω。化工项目案例显示，配备温度监控的普惠防爆风机，在甲烷环境中连续运行8000小时无故障。最新研发的陶瓷涂层技术，使风机在pH2-11的腐蚀介质中寿命达10年。
