　　普惠风机的噪声控制方案

　　标准普惠风机噪声通常为75-95dB(A)。阻抗复合消声器可降低进出风口噪声15-20dB，弹性减振器减少结构传声12dB以上。某医院项目采用普惠风机配合消声房，使噪声从92dB(A)降至63dB(A)。最新研发的锯齿状叶片边缘设计，通过破坏涡流降低宽频噪声3-5dB。值得注意的是，管道振动会产生二次噪声，每10米应设置橡胶软连接。变频调速在降速20%时，噪声可降低约8dB。

　　（2）机壳:用碳钢板焊接而成的蜗形体。机壳做成两种不同形式，NO.2.8-12机壳做成整体，不能拆开，6,20的机壳制成两开式，沿中分水平分为两半，用螺栓连接。（3）进风口:制成收敛式流线型整体结构，装于风机的侧面，与轴向平行的截面为曲线形状，能使气体顺利进入叶轮，且损失较小。（4）传动:由主轴、轴承箱、流动轴承、皮带轮或联轴器组成。 B4-72型风机可作为易燃挥发性气体的通风换气用。气体内不许有粘性物质，所含尘土及硬质颗粒物不大于150mg/m。气体温度不得超过80C.B4-72型风机的性能与选用件及地基尺寸与4-72型一致，可按其样本选择。
