　　产品概述

　　NX3223 是一款四开关同步升降压转换器，内置 4 路功率开关管。无论输出电压高于、低于或是等于输入电压，都可以实现优异的转换效率与稳压效果。

　　NX3223 支持超宽输入、输出电压范围:输入电压范围 2.7V~22V，输出电压范围 3V~22V，电感平均限流最高可达 10A。

　　NX3223 采用平均电流模式控制。输出电压由 FB 引脚的分压电阻网络进行调节。开关工作模式（PSM/FPWM）以及开关频率可通过外部配置设定。芯片还支持可编程输出限流，方便不同产品灵活设计。

　　NX3223 内置限流、输入欠压保护、输出过压保护、输出短路保护、FB 引脚短路保护以及过热保护，在各类异常工况下保障系统安全。

　　该芯片采用 22 引脚 3×3mm QFN 封装。

　　Description

　　NX3223 is a synchronous 4-switch buck-boost converter with four integrated switches. It provides excellent power efficiency and voltage regulation no matter whether the output voltage is higher, lower, or equal to the input voltage.

　　NX3223 supports a very wide input and output voltage range.It can support applications from 2.7V to 22V input range and 3V to 22V output range and provides up to 10A average inductor current limit.

　　NX3223 employs average current-mode control. The output voltage is adjusted by a divider resistor network on the FB pin. The switching mode (PSM/FPWM) and the switching frequency can be adjusted by the external setting. The device also provides a programmable output current limit which supports flexible design for different applications.

　　NX3223 supports internal current limit, input under-voltage protection, output over-voltage protection, output short protection, FB short circuit protection, and over-temperature protection to ensure safety under different abnormal conditions.

　　The IC is in a 22-pin 3*3 PLQFN package.
