　　The ETA1017 is a step-up converter that provides a boostedoutput voltage from a low voltage source. Because of itsproprietary design, it starts up at a very low input voltagedown to 850mV. Along with its 10uA ultra-low no load inputcurrent, it is an ideal choice for single cell alkaline/NiMHbattery operations.A switching frequency of 1MHz minimizes solution footprintby allowing the use of tiny, low profile inductors andceramic capacitors. The current mode PWM design isinternally compensated, reducing external parts count.ETA1017 is housed in a tiny SOT23-5 package.
