　　The AON6924 is designed to provide a high efficiencysynchronous buck power stage with optimal layout andboard space utilization. It includes two specializedMOSFETs in a dual Power DFN5x6A package. The Q1 “High Side” MOSFET and the Q2 “Low Side” MOSFET withintegrated Schottky have been designed for optimal powerefficiency.The AON6924 is well suited for use in compactDC/DC converter applications.
