　　DESCRIPTION 

　　ETA2805 is a high efficiency synchronous buckconverter that can deliver up to 5A (peak)output current. The device operates with wideinput voltage range from 4.6V to 35V, andintegrates synchronous switches with very lowRDS_ ON (56mOhm/29mOhm) to minimize theconduction loss and thermal performance.ETA2805 uses a constant current modearchitecture. Step-down duty ratio can reach100% without large ripples. It includes constantcurrent (CC)/ constant voltage (CV) outputregulation and output cord compensation. Italso includes external programmable switchingfrequency for EMI optimization.ETA2805 is available in ESOP8 package.
