　　The ETA3425 is a hificincye. 0C-to-OC step-down

　　swithing regulatar. capable of dlvring up to 0.6A of

　　output current. It has an ultra-low qiescent current

　　below luA when there is n load. Running at a fixed

　　frequency of L.5MH2 alows the use of small inductance

　　value and low DCR inductors. thereby achieving higher

　　eficiencies. 0Other external components. such as ceramic

　　input and output caps, can also be small due to higher

　　switching frequency. while maintaining excptional low

　　noise output voltages. Internal soft-start control

　　circuitry reduces irush current. Short-circuit and

　　thrmal-overload protection improves design rliblityt
