　　经常吃猪宝的人对是，经常“耕田”都不会觉得累的，不至于还没好好“耕田”就腰酸背疼下不了田嘛！是一剂真正吃了后“腰不酸了、背不疼了”的好食材。那么可能马上就有人问了，在哪里才能买得到了？这个问题好像没点关系，确实是不怎么好买，因为它也算得上是一种珍贵而稀有的高端食材。

　　但是现在这个社会没有什么不可能的，只要在某宝看下应该是有的。猪宝虽然具有高蛋白营养价值高等优点，到也有一定弊端在里面，那就是它本生的骚腥味较重，采用适当有效的去臊腥味的方法，祛除了以后就是一道营养又美味的高端食材。一般在家里烹饪这道美食应采用辛辣爆炒来制作。

　　5然而由于这样高端食材来之不易，我还是决定把他制作成夏季喜爱的烧烤来食用。

　　烤心“猪宝”的制作方法:

　　1、将买回来的新鲜“猪宝”（我买这个猪宝带了点儿肠）加入料酒、胡椒面、生姜、大葱、高度白酒腌制15分钟以上。

　　2、腌制好以后，将猪宝整齐的串在烧烤签上，然后将儿肠缠绕在上面就可以了。

　　3、将碳烧燃后放烧烤架里，将铁网摆上面，把串好的猪宝刷适量熟油然后放上烤。

　　4、烤到水分略干的时候再刷油，然后用到把猪宝刮一道小口口，然后继续慢烤。

　　5、然后撒上鸡精、盐、味精、辣椒面、花椒面、孜然粉葱花把他烧烤入味就可以了。

　　注:也可以把腌制好的猪宝用泡姜、泡红椒、青椒、豆瓣酱、大葱、生姜、大蒜、芹菜、花椒、鸡精、盐等来爆炒味道更加好。

　　爆炒做法:油温六成热下入泡姜、泡红椒、大葱节、生姜、大蒜、花椒爆香后，下入豆瓣酱炒出红油，加入白糖然后下入腌制好的猪宝，炒熟后加入鸡精、盐调好味后加入青椒、芹菜断生后即可出锅装盘。

　　这样做出的也是的鲜香脆嫩、味道爽口
