testo 350便携式烟气分析仪由两个部件组成
· testo 350手操器 (独立产品)用于执行,操作并控制整部仪器并显示测量值。配备结构清晰的彩色显示屏,操作极其简便。内置4种预设测量应用菜单可供选择,分别是:燃烧器,涡轮机,发动机以及自定义。菜单导航将引导您安全简便的进行烟气测量任务,省时省力。当分析箱被固定于测试现场时,手操器可远程对其进行操控。尤其在进行大型系统测量时,我们推荐这种应用方式。
testo 350分析箱装载所有烟气分析测量所需的传感器以及电子系统。标配O2传感器,但是至少选配另外一个(最多可选配5个)传感器才能进行测量。可供选配的传感器分别有:CO, CO2, NO, NO2, SO2, H2S 以及CxHy。
可选配的量程扩展功能确保即使烟气浓度超高情况下也同样可进行测量。量程扩展功能在突发烟气浓度过高情况下自动开启。一个可被选定的传感器可通过指定倍数(扩展倍数可选择)进行量程扩展。仪器背部宽大的检修口使得仪器保养和易损件的维护十分简单方便,例如泵和过滤器,在现场即可进行快速清理和更换。testo 350还带有很多仪器自诊断功能,错误报告使用纯文本格式,因而简单易懂,而同时仪器将持续显示当前读数。
分析箱可通过手操器进行操控,同时也可通过USB以及数据总线接口连接电缆至电脑或笔记本电脑进行操控。经编程后的分析箱可单独进行测量及储存测量数据,也可将测量数据直接传送至手操器。

The optional range expansion function ensures that the measurement can be carried out even if the flue gas concentration is too high. Range expansion function is automatically opened when the flue gas concentration is too high. A selected sensor can be extended by a specified multiple (expansion multiple selectable). The wide back of the instrument makes the maintenance of the instrument and the maintenance of the wearing parts very simple and convenient, such as pumps and filters, which can be quickly cleaned and replaced on the spot. Testo 350 also has many self diagnostic functions, and the error report uses a plain text format, so it is easy to understand, while the instrument will continue to display the current reading.
The analysis box can be operated by hand operator, and also can be connected to the computer or notebook computer by USB and data bus interface. The analysis box can be used to measure and store the measurement data individually, and the measurement data can be transmitted to the hand operated device directly.
