丰江FULLRIVER蓄电池性能特点:

四、安装使用与维护
安装
▲ 因蓄电池带液荷电出厂,开箱后搬运时请搬蓄电池底部,要轻搬轻放,不可用手握住端子挪动电池,更不可用端子吊装电池.
▲ 严禁打开排气阀,否则会导致密封不良,影响蓄电池性能及寿命.
▲ 同一组蓄电池应是同规格的产品,不准将不同厂家制造的产品混合使用.
▲ 蓄电池应在通风良好的条件下使用,不准将蓄电池安装在封闭的容器或房间内.
▲ 连接时,请先将蓄电池彼此连接好,然后,再与充电设备和负载相连.蓄电池组的正极(负极)跟充电设备和负极的正极(负极)导线连接,并认真检查螺栓螺母是否拧紧(连线螺栓的扭矩为GFM电池为11N.m左右;FM电池为8N.m左右)
▲ 欲获得预期的使用寿命,请选用自动限流稳压充电设备,并具有过压、欠压、过流保护功能及报警装置，当负载变化范围0-100%时，充电设备应达到±2%的稳压精度，波纹电流应严格控制在0.1C10A以下。
使用
如果超过大放电电流或长放电时间，都会有可能损坏蓄电池。
▲浮充运行
在25℃环境温度下，GFM电池浮充电压为2.23V/单体，MF电池为13.6-13.8V。
如果环境的平均温度高于25℃时，浮充电压值应减少，反之应增大。
在不同环境温度下，浮充电压的校正系数为±3mV/℃/单体。
▲循环使用
蓄电池放电后，应立即按恒压限流方法进行充电；
当环境温度为25 ℃时，初始大电流限制在0.1-0.125C10A。以单体电池端电压为2.35-2.40V恒充电。
如果环境温度高于（或低于）25℃时，恒压值应按校正系数4mV/ ℃/单体进行调整。
检查与维护
▲在蓄电池运行时做好检查与维修工作，应做好完整的运行记录。
▲定期检查电池外观、电压等。
▲电池一月一查。

Deep-cycle batteries typically feature thick plates
with a high-ensity active material.The thick battery
plates allow for reserve energy to be stored deep
within the battery plate and released during slow
discharge such as trolling or electronic instrument
use. The high-density active material remains
within the batteries'plate/grid structure longer,
resisting the normal degradation found in cycling
conditions.They are typically used where the
battery is discharged to great extent and then
recharged.
Deep Cycle refers to applications that typically
discharge 60 to 70% or more of the battery capa
city. An automotive battery is an SLI battery
(Starting,Lighting & lgnition.)Its plates are designed
to deliver maximum power for a short duration.
Starting an engine typically discharges an SLI
battery 3% or less. When an SLIbattery is used
in a deepcycle application or in a vehicle with
heavy accessory loads,the battery life will be sh
ortened proportionally to how deeply and freque
ntly it is discharged.
The Fullriver Deep Cycle battery uses a different
chemistry for the plates'active paste material,and
a slightly stronger acid. This chemistry allows for
a much longer life in deep cycle applications with
only a slight reduction in maximum power output.
