  我公司生产的止水带是采用国家标准GB18173.2-2000《高分子防水材料 止水带》组织生产的。我公司可按用户要求生产各种形状、尺寸的产品,另外还为不同工程、不同部位的需要备有十字型,丁字型、斜度型和内外转角型产品,可适用于任何设计要求。产品在运输时,应避免阳光直射,勿与热源、油类及有害溶剂接触。成品应取直平放,勿加重压。存放场所最好保持-10℃- 30℃,相对湿度在40%-80%。

  3、 止水带施工方法橡胶止水带是在混凝土浇铸过程中部分或全部浇埋进混凝土中。在浇埋混凝土以前先要使其在界面部位保持平展,接头部分粘接紧固,再以适当的力充分浇捣、震荡混凝土来定位止水带,使其与混凝土良好的结合,以免影响止水效果。

  4、 止水带施工注意事项在施工过程中,由于混凝土中有许多尖角的石子和锐刃的钢筋,所以在浇捣和定位止水带时,应注意浇捣的冲击力,以免由于力量过大而刺破橡胶止水带。如发现有破裂现象应及时修补,否则在接缝变形和受水压时,橡胶止水带所能抵抗外力的能力就会大幅度降低。 在定位橡胶止水带时,一定要使其在界面部位保持平展,更不能让止水带翻滚、扭结如发现有扭转不展现象应及时进行调正。 在浇铸固定止水带时,应防止止水带偏移,以免单侧缩短,影响止水效果。在混凝土浇捣时还必须充分震荡,以免止水带和混凝土结合不良而影响止水效果。止水带接头必须粘接良好,可参考(图2)三种方式,如施工现场条件具备,可采用热硫化连接的方法
