EC11 series encoder, also known as encoding switch or encoding potentiometer. Widely used in automotive electronics, such as car audio, car navigation, household appliances such as electric fryers, air fryers, etc., for volume adjustment, menu selection, firepower adjustment, and other aspects.
The ordinary EC11 coding potentiometer can rotate 360 degrees and can be equipped with a regular switch, silicone switch, or no switch. Torque 20-150gf.cm, maximum switch contact resistance of 100m Ω, switch fixed frame power of 5V DC 10mA, switch working stroke of 0.5mm or 2.0mm, switch working force of 300-1000gf, switch circuit SPDT.
Cold resistance: -40 ℃ for 240 hours, humidity resistance: 60 ℃ for 90-95RH for 240 hours, usage temperature: -40 →+85 ℃, storage temperature: -40 →+85 ℃.
The maximum operating voltage is 12V, and the withstand voltage is 300V AC for 1 minute.
The rotational lifespan is 30000 times, and the operating lifespan is 30000 times.
Manual welding at 260-280 ℃ for 3 seconds. Wave soldering/reflow soldering: 240-260 ℃ for 5S.
Output signals: 9 pulse 18 positioning, 15 pulse 30 positioning, 15 pulse no positioning, 20 pulse 20 positioning, 18 pulse 36 positioning, etc.
The base of the EC11 series encoder potentiometer is 13.2 in length and 12.6 in width, with base thicknesses of 4.2, 4.5, and 6.5mm. The total product height L includes 14.5, 17, 17.5, 18, 19.5, 20.7, 21.5, 24.5, etc. The length L can be customized.
Usually there are 5-pin terminals, plastic and metal shafts, vertical and horizontal, with SMT and pins.
The EC11 reset type coding potentiometer has a full rotation angle of 90 degrees or 110 degrees. Manual welding at 300 ℃ for 3 seconds. Wave soldering/reflow soldering: 240-260 ℃ for 5S.
