为避免传统奥氏仪测定新型人工煤气的缺陷,有利于人工煤气生产中的质量控制,并得出其准确的计算热值,浩瀚色谱研究了用气相色谱仪分析人工煤气成分的方法.实验结果表明:采用热导检测器、填充柱(THF3C和D27PH系统测定煤气中永久性气体,采用氢焰检测器、系统测定煤气中有机烃物质效果良好,新方法完全能够满足生产分析的要求,是分析新型人工煤气组分的有效方法.
