  随着天然气的普及使用,检测天然气泄露的仪器和系统越来越受到人们的关注,但天然气无色无味,泄漏不容易察觉,目前,按国际标准要求,城市煤气、天然气等气体的赋臭剂必须使用四氢噻吩(THT),这样当天然气发生泄漏时能够让人及时发觉。四氢噻吩是一种含硫饱和杂环化合物,不易被空气氧化,化学性质稳定,挥发性较低,但总能产生稳定的、不易散发的臭味[4][5],空气中存在0.02 mg/m3即能闻到,我国天然气中四氢噻吩含量一般在20~50 mg/m3。
