浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司建立安神香袋中豆蔻桉油精的含量测定方法。方法:固定相:硅橡胶(SE-54)，涂布浓度:10％，柱温:100℃，检测器温度:260℃，采用气相色谱(GC)法测定安神香袋中桉油精的含量。结果:桉油精在0.03025～1.936mg/m1浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为99.73％，RSD=0.53％(n=6)。结论:该法操作简便、快捷、准确，可作为该制剂的质量控制。
