浩瀚色谱建立了气相色谱-串联质谱法(GC-MS/MS)测定复合食品包装袋中2,4-二氨基甲苯的方法。样品中2,4-二氨基甲苯经沸水提取后,加入NaCl并用二氯甲烷进行液-液萃取,经氮吹浓缩后直接经GC-MS/MS进行定性定量分析。结果表明,标准溶液在0.030～2.00 mg/L范围内,线性良好(r=0.9995);方法检出限为0.2μg/L;平均回收率为93.4%～99.3%;RSD偏差(n=6)为1.9%～2.6%。该方法可用于复合食品包装袋中2,4-二氨基甲苯的快速分析。

　　HaoHan Chromatography established a method for determining 2,4-diaminotoluene in composite food packaging bags using gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS). After extraction with boiling water, the 2,4-diaminotoluene in the sample was added with NaCl and subjected to liquid-liquid extraction with dichloromethane. After nitrogen blowing concentration, it was directly subjected to GC-MS/MS for qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the standard solution had good linearity (r=0.9995) in the range of 0.030-2.00 mg/L; the method detection limit was 0.2 μg/L; the average recovery rate was 93.4%-99.3%; the RSD deviation (n=6) was 1.9%-2.6%. This method can be used for rapid analysis of 2,4-diaminotoluene in composite food packaging bags.
