浩瀚色谱采用顶空气相色谱测定空气中甲醇和乙醇含量,方法简单、快速,无需使用有机试剂。本方法以蒸馏水吸收空气中甲醇和乙醇,顶空进样经填充柱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,时间定性,峰面积定量,其甲醇加标回收率为96.7%~104.6%,乙醇加标回收率为94.7%~103.8%,当在采样体积为40 L的条件下,甲醇和乙醇最低检出质量浓度均为0.11 mg/m3。实际操作证明,该法能满足工业废气和空气中的甲醇和乙醇的监测。
本标准适用于固定污染源有组织排放和无组织排放的甲醇测定。以3倍噪音色谱峰高值计算,当色谱进样量为1.0ml时,方法的检出限为2mg/m3;定量测定的浓度范围为5.0~104mg/m3。

HaoHan Chromatography uses headspace gas chromatography to determine the content of methanol and ethanol in the air. The method is simple, fast, and does not require the use of organic reagents. In this method, distilled water is used to absorb methanol and ethanol in the air, and the headspace sample is separated by a packed column. The hydrogen flame ionization detector detects the time and qualitatively, and the peak area quantitatively. The recovery rate of methanol spiked is 96.7% to 104.6%, and the recovery rate of ethanol spiked is 94.7% to 103.8%. When the sampling volume is 40 L, the minimum detectable mass concentration of methanol and ethanol is 0.11 mg/m3. Practical operation proves that this method can meet the monitoring of methanol and ethanol in industrial waste gas and air.
This standard is applicable to the determination of methanol emissions from fixed pollution sources, both organized and unorganized. When the injection volume of the chromatography is 1.0 ml, the detection limit of the method is 2 mg/m3, calculated as 3 times the noise chromatographic peak height. The concentration range for quantitative determination is 5.0-104 mg/m3.
