Fatty amines are a class of important basic chemical raw materials with wide applications, referring to organic amine compounds with carbon chain lengths in the range of C8-C22. In the production process of fatty amines, a large amount of industrial production waste gas containing environmental odors is generated, mainly including monomethylamine, dimethylamine, trimethylamine, low-carbon chain amines, and ammonia. Not only is the waste gas large in volume and concentration, but also these organic ammonia and ammonia have low odor range values, which are typical atmospheric odor pollutants.

This document is applicable to the determination of methylamine, dimethylamine, trimethylamine, ethylamine, diethylamine, and triethylamine in the air of organized waste gas and unorganized emission monitoring points from fixed pollution sources.
